- SEO/SEA Campaigns: Manage campaigns to increase visibility and generate qualified traffic.<br>
- CRM Tools Management: Manage CRM tools and campaigns<br>
- Regular recommendations on current regulations (GDPR... etc...)<br>
- Implementation of digitalization within the Resort: Regular proposals and participation in tenders for the selection and deployment of tools, updates.<br>
- Customer personalization and loyalty:<br>
- Ensure with operations the planning, training, and awareness of customer data collection, and monitor teams on this point.<br>
- Website animation: text and visual content, and UX optimization.<br>
- Use CRM data to segment and target audiences effectively.<br>

Job : <p>Reporting to management, you will be the link between marketing, sales, and the field.
