<br> Job : <p>The PMO consultant will support a local project team and will be responsible for:</p><br><br><ul><li><strong>Creating and managing</strong> the schedule of tasks and milestones for projects;</li><li><strong>Monitoring and controlling</strong> the smooth progress of the project;</li><li><strong>Analyzing</strong> results and <strong>proposing</strong> action plans based on deviations between forecasts and achievements;</li><li><strong>Tracking</strong> project-related Risks & Opportunities and deducing potential project impacts;</li><li><strong>Managing</strong> project reporting by monitoring various indicators and KPIs;</li><li><strong>Creating</strong> presentation and steering materials to lead project or program progress meetings.</li></ul> <br> <br> Required profile : <ul><li>Engineering school or M2 engineering degree</li><li>Professional experience ranging from graduation to 6 years.</li><li>Experience in the automotive/aeronautical/railway sector</li><li>Ability to be on the client site at least 3 days/week</li><li>Proficiency in planning fundamentals: WBS, Critical Path, free/total float, dynamic scheduling</li><li>Proficiency in planning tools: MS Project, Planisware, Primavera</li><li>Very good command of office tools including Excel/PPT</li><li>Knowledge and experience in automotive/aeronautical/railway industrial environments</li><li>Developed consultant mindset: autonomous, flexible, proactive, client/result oriented, "fast learner"</li><li>Very good communicator</li><li>Rigor & flexibility</li><li>French C1 minimum</li><li>English B2 minimum</li></ul> <br><br> </div>
