The Support and Service Department has created a dedicated sales expertise center for invoicing based on customer terms. Within this center, the Sales Administration & Invoicing Manager position focuses specifically on invoicing maintenance operations performed in-store, by subsidiaries located outside France, and on maintenance operations outsourced to third parties (SAE Offload partners). This department, based in Casablanca, will be responsible for invoicing based on customer terms, particularly for customers in the MEA region, and may, depending on workload in other regions, provide support in other areas. This role involves coordinating various activities, managing documentation, and assisting in the execution of sales strategies.</p><br><p><b>Main Responsibilities</b></p><br><p>- Coordinate and manage field operations, including site visits, customer meetings, and on-site project management<br>- Assist in the development and implementation of commercial strategies to meet company goals<br>- Work closely with the sales team to support business development efforts and client relationship management<br>- Conduct market research and gather data on competitors, customer needs, and industry trends<br>- Support the sales team in the preparation of proposals, contracts, and other documentation<br>- Coordinate and monitor sales projects, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met<br>- Maintain and update customer databases, sales records, and other relevant documentation<br>- Assist in the presentation of promotional materials and sales presentations<br>Track and analyse sales performance metrics, preparing reports for management<br>- Communicate with clients to gather requirements, provide updates, and ensure satisfaction<br>- Collaborate with internal departments to facilitate the smooth execution of commercial activities<br>- Handle inquiries from customers, providing accurate and timely information<br>- Ensure compliance with quality and regulatory requirements in all activities carried out</p><br><p><b>Who you are?</b></p><br><p>Required Experience and Education</p><br><p>- Bachelor’s degree (Bac +3) in Science, Management, or equivalent</p><br><p>- Experience in commercial support or field coordination required</p><br><p>- Experience in the IVD (In Vitro Diagnostics) market is preferred</p><br><p>- Proficiency in IT tools (CRM, Excel)</p><br><p>Required Competencies and Skills</p><br><p>- Strong organizational skills</p><br><p>- Excellent communication abilities</p><br><p>- Keen eye for detail.</p><br><p>- Client centricity and cross functional collaboration<br> </p><br><p><b>Note: This is a contractor role.
