The culture is further balanced by a performance mindset and openness to innovation, supporting both results and adaptability. </p><br><br> <br> Job : <p>• Supervise all construction and finishing work of the structures</p><br><br><p>• Check the compliance of the work carried out with the project plans and specifications<br>• Plan, and ensure deadlines are met by the different parties involved<br>• Coordinate all service providers and project management<br>• Assist and participate in the handover of the works by the project management<br>• Ensure the delivery of the properties or structures and provide after-sales service and ensure proper operation during use<br>&nbsp;</p><br><br> <br> <br> Required profile : <br><p>2-year degree or professional license in civil engineering and building</p><br><br><p>8 years of experience in project management</p><br><br><p>Monitoring the budget, deadlines, and quality of the construction site.</p><br><br><p>Knowledge of safety standards and building regulations.</p><br><br><p>Good sense of organization, leadership, and communication.</p><br><br><p>Ability to solve problems and make quick decisions on the construction site.<br>&nbsp;</p><br><br> <br><br> </div>
