<p>Organizing, controlling and measurement of strategic pooling and procurement activities, with the objective of establishing optimum conditions on an excellent supplier base contributing to the operational result for the Company. Manage the procurement team by leading and coaching the employees to maximize their personal growth and career opportunities. Responsible for the Purchase-to-Pay activities of all suppliers and ensuring that standard processes and procedures are being expedited. Coordinates and manages a team to achieve optimum conditions and savings through collaborative, targeted activities and to increase profit from global and cross-business or sourcing for one business. <section><p class="heading jdMain">Job Description</p><p class="heading">Roles & Responsibilities</p><div class="paragraph"><p><span >You will serve as a role model for the Finance Community and beyond by living and promoting ownership culture.</span></p><ul><li>Responsible for monitoring, escalating and driving counter measures to identified Control deficiencies that impact the Control certification and/or financial performance of the Legal Entity</li><li>Together with Country Head/ Head of AC responsible for internal and external certification</li><li>Act as developer, promoter and mentor for commercial talents in the country.</li><li>You will act as the Investors Advocate by protecting the assets and driving sustainable value creation.</li><li>Ensures compliance with local laws and regulations in area of responsibility</li><li>Hold ultimate accountability for the integrity of books and records, compliance with local laws and regulations, and the effectiveness of the risk management and internal control framework guiding the implementation and administration of Finance policies, guidelines and standards across the organization.</li><li>Maintain networking with customers financial representatives, authorities and other financial institutions as well as liaising with external auditors and vendors in contractual matters.</li></ul><p>Your Qualifications & Experience</p><ul><li>Bachelor s or Master s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Banking, Accounting, or a related field.</li><li>10+ years of senior Finance leadership experience, including international exposure across different countries and cultures reflected in HQ, country and regional finance functions.</li><li>Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or equivalent professional qualification is a significant advantage.</li><li>Financial acumen with thorough understanding of financial statements, GAAP/IFRS, and planning and controlling processes.</li><li>Effective business management with a proven track record of delivering measurable results.</li><li>Oversight experience including Regulatory framework, Risk and Internal Controls, and Financial support functions (Accounting, Tax, Treasury).</li><li>Tenured and diverse leadership experience across cross-hierarchical, cross-functional and inter-cultural teams.</li><li>Substantial relevant professional experience within a finance function, providing and presenting insightful financial information and commercial analysis to influence leaders across an organization.</li><li>Professional fluency in English and French (written and spoken) is essential for this role.
