Job : <p>Reporting to the Internal Control Director, your main tasks will be:</p><br><br><p>. Perform internal control tests and follow up on action plans.</p><br><br><p>. Implement and monitor the annual internal control plan: control missions, audits, contradictory reviews, compensatory controls, and follow-up of recommendations.</p><br><br><p>. Prepare periodic internal control reports, planned or on demand.</p><br><br><p>. Conduct operational audits on complete processes or specific topics.</p><br><br><p>. Contribute to the continuous improvement of the internal control system.</p><br><br><p>. Identify and assess risks.</p><br><br><p>. Develop and update the risk map, in collaboration with the relevant departments.</p><br><br><p>. Develop, update, and deploy operational and support procedures.</p><br><br><p>. Participate in cross-functional projects related to internal control, risk management, and continuous process improvement.</p><br><br><p>. Prepare quarterly audit committees and ensure follow-up of the decisions and actions resulting from them.</p><br><br><p>. Raise awareness and support operational teams in applying internal control procedures and best practices.<br> </p><br><br> <br> <br> Required profile : <p>Education: Master's degree (Bac+5) in Management, Control, Audit, or equivalent field.</p><br><br><p>Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in internal control or audit</p><br><br><p>-Skills:</p><br><br><p>• Mastery of internal control methods, risk analysis, and process evaluation<br>• Rigor, integrity, and objectivity in analyzing situations<br>• Autonomy and foresight.<br>• Diplomacy, interpersonal skills, and ability to provide constructive recommendations<br> </p><br><br> <br><br> </div>
