Are you up to the challenge to join our dynamic and creative work environment?</p><br><br>Job Description<br><p>Drive IKEA Morocco's local relevance, business growth and corporate reputation through impactful events, strategic partnerships and public relations activities, while collaborating closely with the Service Office to adapt and execute regional initiatives in the Moroccan market.</p><br><br>Qualifications<br><ul><li>Plan, coordinate and execute commercial events and marketing activations supporting IKEA campaigns and commercial priorities.</li><li>Coordinate store openings, pop-up launches and special customer events.</li><li>Manage event logistics, suppliers, production, budgets and timelines.</li><li>Ensure all activations deliver a consistent IKEA brand experience and support customer acquisition, visitation and sales.</li></ul><p><strong>Strategic Partnerships</strong></p><br><ul><li>Identify, develop and manage strategic B2B and B2C partnerships that support IKEA business objectives.</li><li>Build relationships with commercial partners, institutions, NGOs, developers and external stakeholders.</li><li>Identify sponsorship and collaboration opportunities aligned with IKEA's brand and commercial priorities.</li><li>Negotiate partnership agreements together with relevant internal stakeholders.</li><li>Evaluate partnership performance and business impact.</li></ul><p><strong>Commercial Public Relations</strong></p><br><ul><li>Develop and execute PR activities supporting product launches, campaigns and commercial initiatives.</li><li>Coordinate media coverage around commercial campaigns and seasonal activities.</li><li>Organize media previews, product launches and press events.</li><li>Build relationships with lifestyle, home furnishing and consumer media.</li><li>Identify storytelling opportunities that increase brand awareness and commercial impact.</li><li>Coordinate interviews, podcasts and editorial opportunities supporting IKEA campaigns.</li></ul><p><strong>Corporate Public Relations</strong></p><br><ul><li>Support and strengthen IKEA Morocco's corporate reputation.</li><li>Coordinate local PR activities related to corporate announcements, sustainability initiatives, business milestones, investments and strategic projects.</li><li>Organize corporate press conferences and media briefings.</li><li>Develop relationships with business media, journalists and institutional stakeholders.</li><li>Support crisis communication activities whenever required.</li></ul><p><strong>Community Engagement</strong></p><br><ul><li>Develop initiatives that strengthen IKEA's relationship with local communities.</li><li>Coordinate community engagement and CSR-related activities.</li><li>Build partnerships with local organizations, associations and institutions.</li><li>Represent IKEA at relevant external events and community initiatives.</li></ul><p><strong>Service Office Collaboration</strong></p><br><ul><li>Act as the main point of contact between IKEA Morocco and the Service Office for PR, events and partnership initiatives.</li><li>Collaborate closely with the Service Office PR & Events team to adapt and execute regional initiatives locally.</li><li>Support the implementation of regional communication plans while identifying additional opportunities relevant to the Moroccan market.</li><li>Ensure alignment with IKEA global brand guidelines and regional communication priorities.</li></ul><br>Additional Information<br><p>Please send your CV in English and tell us in which direction you would like to take career, if you are experienced in a particular field or looking for completely new challenges.</p><br><br><br> </div>
