Monthly closing
PL analysis and check posting with accounting team.<br>Report the deviation analysis vs FCT and Budget with management.
<br>
ST and LT Budget Preparation
Respect budget preparation process and deadlines.<br>Analyzing the discrepancies between the actual and budget data.
<br>
BU request
Analyzing the results at each month end and share it with BU.
<br>
YC request
Share with YC controlling team all needed data and analysis. <br>
Weekly forecast & report
Collect data needed for Forecast preparation<br>Analyze figures and adjust accordingly<br>Approve Forecast result with Plant Manager<br>Forecast submission<br>Prepare report of deviation between forecast and budget and previous forecast
<br>
PCC and MTP preparation
Collect all needed data from other departement, consolidate, Analyze and confirm the PCC with plant manager.<br>Prepare with management team the MTP yearly.
<br>
Ensure compliance with quality requirements and standards
Preparation of requested reports from Management / Plant / BU.
