<br> Job : <p>As part of strengthening its activities, our client is looking for an experienced Facility Manager to ensure the overall management of infrastructure, technical operations, development projects, and compliance of facilities.<br>Reporting to the Operations Department, the position holder will be responsible for the proper functioning of technical equipment, supervision of service providers, compliance with safety and quality standards, and budget management for general services.<br>The position requires strong technical expertise, project management skills, and excellent command of ISO standards as well as EHS (Environment, Health & Safety) requirements, ideally in a BPO, service center, or data center environment.</p><br><br><p><strong>1. Technical Operations Management</strong></p><br><br><p>Ensure daily operation of technical facilities:</p><br><br><p>HVAC / Air Conditioning<br>Electrical Networks<br>UPS<br>BMS<br>Fire detection and safety systems (FAS)</p><br><br><p><br>Define and manage preventive and predictive maintenance programs.<br>Analyze technical incidents and implement necessary corrective actions.<br>Supervise maintenance providers and ensure compliance with contractual commitments (SLA).<br>Evaluate plans, specifications, technical proposals, and project specifications related to facilities.<br>Monitor infrastructure performance indicators and propose continuous improvement actions.<br>Control energy consumption and implement optimization actions.<br>Ensure the maintenance and updating of all technical documentation and maintenance records.</p><br><br><p><br><strong>2.
