Management of field teams in at least two different sectors. - Advanced leadership and interpersonal skills, with the capacity to motivate, develop, and manage team performance. - Customer-oriented and have a strong understanding of customer services requirements and best practices. - Excellent interpersonal skills with strong ability to manage customer relationships, ensuring high satisfaction. - In-depth knowledge of P&L management, with the ability to drive Education-related revenue and ensure financial performance. - Ability to swiftly adapt to new situations. - Proven analytical skills with ability to identify and resolve problems. -Capacity to handle conflicts effectively. - Strong oral and written communication skills. - Fluent in Arabic, French and English.</p><p></p></section>
