<p>Performance et support</p><br><br><p>Maintenance des equipements industriels - Intervention maintenance</p><br><br><p>Technicien Maintenance Moyens Industriels - Électromécanicien F/H</p><br><br><p>CDI</p><br><br><p>Technicien</p><br><br><p>Temps complet</p><br><br><p>Rattaché à l'entité MI (Moyens Industriels) au sein du service MI-MG-SSE, vous êtes le garant de la disponibilité technique et du bon fonctionnement électromécanique des équipements de production de Safran Aircraft Engine Services Casablanca (SAESC). En collaboration étroite avec les Méthodes Maintenance et le Planificateur, vous assurez le maintien en conditions opérationnelles des moyens industriels du site.<br>Missions :<br>• Maintenance Préventive : Exécuter les interventions selon le plan de maintenance établi pour garantir la fiabilité à long terme.<br>• Maintenance Corrective : Intervenir avec réactivité en cas de panne, établir un diagnostic précis (recherche de pannes électriques ou mécaniques) et estimer le temps d'indisponibilité machine.<br>• Continuité de service : Proposer et déployer des solutions palliatives sécurisées pour minimiser les arrêts de production en attendant la réparation définitive.<br>• Réception & Installation : Participer activement au montage, au réglage et à la mise en service des nouveaux moyens industriels.<br>• Optimisation de la performance : Proposer des solutions techniques (modifications mécaniques ou électriques simples) pour améliorer la maintenabilité et la fiabilité des équipements.<br>• Expertise Multi-technique : Assurer les interventions de maintenance sur les systèmes hydrauliques, pneumatiques et électriques.<br>• Support aux prestataires : Piloter et apporter un appui technique aux équipes de maintenance extérieures lors d'interventions spécialisées.<br>• Traçabilité GMAO : Renseigner rigoureusement l'ensemble des interventions dans la GMAO pour capitaliser l'historique et permettre l'analyse de performance.<br>• Reporting : Assurer un compte-rendu périodique de l'activité auprès du Superviseur Maintenance MI.</p><br><br><p>Rythme horaire : 3x8 tournant.</p><br><br><p>• Formation : Bac+2 minimum en Électromécanique, Maintenance Industrielle ou équivalent.<br>• Expérience : 3 ans minimum en maintenance d'équipements industriels dans un environnement exigeant.<br>• Compétences techniques : Maîtrise de la lecture de plans (électriques, mécaniques, hydrauliques) et bonnes connaissances en diagnostic sur machines <br>• Savoir-être : Rigueur, autonomie, réactivité et curiosité technique.<br>• Disponibilité : Capacité à apporter une assistance technique à l'équipe maintenance MI en cas de besoin.<br>• Esprit d'équipe : Fort esprit d'équipe et capacité à communiquer efficacement avec les opérateurs de production.<br>• Sécurité & Environnement : Sensibilité aiguë au respect des règles SSE (Consignation/LOTO, port des EPI, tri des déchets industriels).<br>À savoir :</p><br><br><br> </div>
