Lead change governance meetings (CAB, pre-CAB, monitoring committees). Supervise critical changes carried out outside of business hours. Monitor post-change incidents and coordinate corrective actions. Verify the compliance of changes and the quality of associated documentation. Produce operational performance indicators, dashboards and reports.
