<p>The PDE is responsible for the development of an electronic component on a vehicle. The development of an electronic component involves taking into account all surrounding factors. The development of an electronic component involves carrying out several activities: from project management to validation, including specification (hardware, software, and mechanical). The PDE is THE project manager for their electronic component(s). Your mission will therefore be to define, organize and manage the specification, design and validation activities of one or more power modules for electric and/or hybrid vehicles, respecting the allocated budget, project schedule constraints and development standards. The Complex In Vitro Model group is seeking a scientist to support the design, execution, and interpretation of <em>in vitro</em> studies on the characterization of drug candidate molecules and the validation of drug targets.</p><br><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><br><ul><li>Design and perform biochemical and cellular studies of drug potency and mechanism of action using primary human blood cells, cell lines and complex <em>in vitro</em> systems such as organoids or organ-on-chip models.</li><li>Analysis, interpret and clearly communicate quantitative data.</li><li>Conduct and organize activities and communicate through oral and written presentations.</li><li>Read and apply relevant scientific literature.</li><li>Maintenance of accurate and current records of research.</li></ul><br>Qualifications<br><br><ul><li>BS or MS in Biological science with focus in Immunology, Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, Cell Biology, or a related discipline with typically 7+ (BS) or 5+ (MS) years of relevant lab experience.</li><li>Proficiency in culturing primary human immune cells, immortalized cell lines, and organ/tissue cultures, including differentiated cells and iPSCs, using standard tissue culture and transwell systems.</li><li>Experience developing and applying complex in vitro models, including co-culture and advanced 3D cellular systems, to support discovery programs.</li><li>Experience designing experiments to study cell signaling, phosphoproteins, second messenger pathways, cell proliferation, gene reporter assays, and soluble mediator release.</li><li>Expertise in ELISA/MSD, alphaLISA, HTRF, PCR, multicolor flow cytometry, high content microscopy, and related methodologies.</li><li>Demonstrated motivation, strong attention to detail, scientific curiosity, and eagerness to learn novel <em>in vitro</em> pharmacology techniques.</li><li>Strong background in statistics with proficiency in spreadsheets and curve-fitting software such as Microsoft Excel and GraphPad Prism.</li><li>Skilled in leveraging automation to increase assay robustness, improve throughput, and enable miniaturization of experimental workflows.</li><li>Highly collaborative and able to thrive in a fast-paced, cross-functional, multidisciplinary environment, with strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.</li></ul><br>Additional Information<br><br><p>Applicable only to applicants applying to a position in any location with pay disclosure requirements under state or local law: </p><br><ul><li>The compensation range described below is the range of possible base pay compensation that the Company believes in good faith it will pay for this role at the time of this posting based on the job grade for this position.
