<br> Job : <p>As part of accelerating its Data, Digital, and AI transformation, SOTHEMA is hiring a Senior Data & Digital Project Manager to lead strategic projects with high added value.</p><br><br><p>Reporting to the Digital & Data team, they will be responsible for managing Data and Digital projects from start to finish, from scoping to production launch, ensuring coordination between business teams, Development teams, Data Engineering, Infrastructure, Security, and external partners.</p><br><br><p>As a true conductor of transformation projects, they will ensure alignment between business needs, digital solutions, and data usage to create value for the company.</p><br><br> <br> <br> Required profile : <p><strong>Management of Data & Digital Projects</strong></p><br><br><p>Manage the entire lifecycle of Data and Digital projects (scoping, design, planning, execution, testing, deployment, and change support).<br>Coordinate projects involving application development, digital platforms, BI solutions, AI projects, or digital transformation initiatives.<br>Develop schedules, track workloads, budgets, risks, and performance indicators.<br>Ensure compliance with deadlines, costs, quality, and business objectives.<br>Prepare and lead various governance meetings.<br> </p><br><br><p><strong>Gathering and Formalizing Business Needs</strong></p><br><br><p>Gather, analyze, and challenge the needs of different business departments.<br>Translate functional needs into clear functional specifications for the Development, Data Engineering, and BI teams.<br>Participate in the design of digital solutions, ensuring their alignment with business objectives.<br>Prioritize needs and contribute to defining the project roadmap.<br> </p><br><br><p><strong>Coordination of Multidisciplinary Teams</strong></p><br><br><p>Ensure coordination between business teams, Development, Data Engineering, Infrastructure, Security teams, and external partners.<br>Organize and lead functional and technical workshops.<br>Facilitate communication between the various stakeholders.<br>Identify risks, manage dependencies, and propose necessary trade-offs.<br> </p><br><br><p><strong>Monitoring of Developments and Data Solutions</strong></p><br><br><p>Monitor the progress of application developments carried out by technical teams.<br>Manage projects involving Data, Business Intelligence, Machine Learning, Forecasting, or Artificial Intelligence solutions.<br>Ensure consistency between application developments and data components.<br>Oversee the integration of solutions into the company's information system.<br> </p><br><br><p><strong>Project Governance and Continuous Improvement</strong></p><br><br><p>Implement best practices for project management (Agile, Scrum, V-Cycle).<br>Manage functional testing phases and coordinate the production launch.<br>Monitor risks, action plans, and project indicators.<br>Contribute to the continuous improvement of project management methods, tools, and processes.<br> </p><br><br><p><strong>Change Management Support</strong></p><br><br><p>Support users in adopting new digital and Data solutions.<br>Prepare communication materials and presentations for various governance bodies.<br>Organize training sessions and support skills transfer.<br>Promote the adoption of new tools and processes.</p><br><br><p><strong>Technical Skills</strong></p><br><br><p>Strong command of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, V-Cycle).<br>Good understanding of Data architectures (Data Warehouse, Data Lake, ETL/ELT, Data Platform).<br>Good understanding of application architectures and software development cycles.<br>Experience in managing web and/or mobile application development projects.<br>Good knowledge of BI solutions (Power BI), SQL, and data governance principles.<br>Understanding of projects related to Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and process automation.<br>Proficiency in project management tools (Jira, Azure DevOps, Microsoft Project, or equivalent).<br>Knowledge of Anaplan EPM is a plus.<br> </p><br><br><p>Profile sought</p><br><br><p>Master's degree (Bac+5) from a top engineering school or equivalent in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data, Industrial Engineering, or Project Management.<br>6 to 9 years of experience in managing Data, Digital, or Information System projects.<br>Proven experience in simultaneously managing projects involving application development and Data or BI initiatives.<br>Experience in an industrial or pharmaceutical environment is an asset.<br> </p><br><br> <br><br> </div>
