Job : <p>Under the authority of the Executive Director, <strong>the Administrative, Financial, and Operations Director</strong> is responsible for the <strong>administrative, financial, accounting, and legal management of the Permanent Secretariat of the African Capitals of Culture.</strong></p><br><br><p>They ensure the proper management of the organization's resources, the reliability of administrative and financial procedures, and the compliance of operations with the requirements of institutional and financial partners.</p><br><br><p>In a context of developing a pan-African cultural cooperation organization, they support the structuring of the Secretariat and ensure the financial management of all the institution's activities, whether it be the functioning of the Secretariat, cooperation programs, the editions of the African Capitals of Culture, or events organized by the Secretariat.</p><br><br><ul><li>the accounting and financial management of the Closely monitor stock levels with the distributor by region and warehouse. Coordinate with the Sales Director on production planning to ensure optimal supply across the markets. </span></li>

<li><span><strong>Route to Market:</strong> Coordinate with the RTM Manager and direct the distributor and local regional team to ensure JTI brands are effectively and efficiently distributed and available in line with agreed KPIs, including coverage, range depth, drop size, numeric and weighted distribution, and call frequency. Identify and address opportunities to develop JTI brand performance in close coordination with Marketing. Conduct ongoing analysis of program and activation feedback to contribute to timely and high-quality decision-making in alignment with management. Ensure distribution expansion to unlock the full potential of the market. </span></li>

<li><span><strong>Route to Consumer:</strong> Coordinate with the Sales Director and Marketing team on the development, planning, and execution of consumer programs and activities. Propose new concepts and approaches for consumer activations and, in coordination with Marketing, select consumer and customer giveaways and promotional materials. Manage 1-2-1 agencies to ensure optimal execution, compliance with JTI standards, and adherence to the regulatory and legislative environment of the markets. Drive Brand Cycle visibility campaigns in close coordination with the Marketing team, propose new visibility tools and elements while ensuring compliance with Global Marketing Standards and local regulations.</span></li>

<li><span><strong>Reporting & Market Intelligence:</strong> Provide the Sales Director with daily and weekly updates on sales and market evolution, as well as monthly sales and market situation analysis reports. Gather, analyze, and disseminate accurate and timely market intelligence on JTI and competitor activities to contribute to timely, informed, and high-quality decision-making by management. </span></li>

<li>Bachelor’s Degree; MBA is a plus.</li>
<li><span>At least 8 years of experience in Sales & Distribution, Channel management, Trade marketing, distributor management and the implementation of consumer and customer Programs. Experience in West Africa is a high plus. </span></li>
<li><span>Fluent in French & English. </span></li>
<li><span>Strong computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. </span></li>
<li><span>Functional skills: </span>strategic thinking and planning, distributor management, people management, negotiation, sales and distribution, trade marketing activation, and analytical skills. <br></li>
