<p>Performance et support</p><br><br><p>Qualite - Assurance qualite operations</p><br><br><p>Process Quality Assurance Manager F/H</p><br><br><p>CDI</p><br><br><p>Ingénieur & Cadre</p><br><br><p>Temps complet</p><br><br><p>Rattaché(e) à la Direction Qualité, votre rôle principale sera d'assurer le respect des exigences clients/autorités pour garantir la conformité des processus<br>Ainsi de stimuler l'amélioration continue, garantir la performance et de faire vivre le système qualité/safety et accompagner son appropriation par tous<br>En particulier, votre mission consistera à :<br>Comprendre et décliner les attentes / exigences du client et des autorités. <br>Accompagner le personnel à la compréhension et à l'application des exigences clients et autorités<br>Etre le point focal qualité de son périmètre lors des audits internes et externes.<br> Protéger le client de la non-qualité<br> Piloter, participer et accompagner les enquêtes et analyses causales<br> Analyser les non-conformités vis-à-vis des potentiels impacts sur la sécurité des vols<br>Piloter la mise en place des actions de sécurisation pour chaque écart et non-qualité exportée<br> Traiter les non-conformités de sa responsabilité<br>S'assurer que chaque DAC/CAR est correctement pilotée par le responsable de l'écart<br>Réunir les éléments permettant la clôture les DAC/CAR<br>Stimuler l'amélioration continue<br>Garantir la performance<br>Participer à l'obtention de la qualité de façon efficace<br>Définir les indicateurs qualité de son périmètre en collaboration avec la hiérarchie du ou des secteurs<br>Identifier et aider à la mise en place du plan d'actions pour réduire les coûts de non-qualité et les réclamations clients<br>Privilégier la prévention et l'anticipation<br>Partager les Retours d'Expérience et retours au déclarant<br> Définir, planifier et réaliser les surveillances associées à son périmètre<br> Vérifier l'efficacité des actions correctives et préventives<br>Piloter le plan d'actions issu du Safety Management System / Screening Committee<br>Participer à la mise à jour des risques selon le Safety Management System.<br>Etre le relai du déploiement des démarches pour l'amélioration de la qualité (FH, FOD, …)<br>Faire vivre un système qualité simple et approprié par tous<br>Garantir l'application de la politique qualité, le respect des fondamentaux qualité et l'application des procédures du Système de Management de la qualité et de la Sécurité<br>Former et sensibiliser le personnel aux fondamentaux qualité et au Système de Management de la Qualité et de la Sécurité<br>Surveiller le processus de qualification du personnel<br>Valider la (re)qualification des installations procédés spéciaux<br>Participer au processus de validation industrielle<br>Participer au processus d'amendement des listes de capacité</p><br><br><p>Vous êtes de formation Bac+5 en Ingénierie ou équivalent, vous avez une expérience de 8 ans et plus dans un poste similaire idéalement dans le secteur aéronautique<br>Vous êtes Rigoureux(se), doté(e) d'un fort leadership, d'un esprit d'analyse et d'un sens de l'innovation, vous appréciez le travail en équipe alors ce poste est fait pour vous !</p><br><br><br> </div>

<br> Job : <p><u><strong>Job Purpose</strong></u></p><br><br><p>Research information security, fraud prevention techniques and recommend approaches for improving security posture.
