<p><b>ROLE PURPOSE: </b></p><p><br></p><p>Promotion of Aspen products to healthcare professionals in a certain territory of the Moroccan Kingdom, including building relations with HCPs, delivering the brand marketing messages, achieving sales targets and participating in local/international events. </p><p><br></p><p><b>RESPONSIBILITIES:</b></p><p><br></p><p> Represent Aspen by achieving daily targeted calls to physicians and pharmacists. Conducting AVAs & promotional activities Achieve sales budget in the designated territory. Build sustainable positive relationships with target HCPs and different stakeholders. Maintain an updated customer database Keeping up to date with the latest clinical data in the related therapy area, presenting and discussing this data with health professionals. Monitoring competitors, staying informed about competitors activities in a defined area. <li>Report , follow & resolve any issue or risk relevant to inventory control operation</li>
<li>Work closely with procurement , operation & engineering to solve issues related to materials flow</li>
<li>Perform daily analysis to predict potential inventory problems</li>
<li>Ensure inventory accuracy in WIP and warehouse ( Cycle Count, Spot count), identify & understand root cause of GAPs , establish action plan for non-recurrences according to LEAP procedures</li>
<li>WTW leader : Prepare and coordinate the WTW in plant , according to LEAR procedures </li>
<li>Maintain updated and accurate records of inventory,</li>
<li>Implement cost reduction principle in all aspects of warehouse and WIP transactions and activities.</li>
<li>Ensure periodic statistical information to manager regarding trends as related to inventory levels</li>
<li>Successful all audits in Plant ( IATF, FOA, Customers audit…)</li>
<li>Always research to improve all inventory operations according to company’s objectives.</li>
<li>Create team with safety and efficiency as priorities.</li>
</ul><br><br><b>Experience Requirements</b> <br><ul>
<li>High education level (Preferably in logistics, Bac +3 or higher )</li>
<li>Teamwork ability, field experience especially works in process & material flow</li>
<li>Analytical spirit, reactivity & work in cross-functional team</li>
<li>Excellent computer skills (Excel, MACRO; …)</li>
<li>Statistics Analyze tools.</li>
<li>Minimum 6 years experiences in Logistics</li>
<li>Good team player</li>
<li>Good english communication skills</li>
