Votre Rôle Vous êtes un(e) professionnel(le) expérimenté(e) de l’onboarding SaaS, motivé(e) par un environnement où vous pouvez conjuguer autonomie, excellence opérationnelle et impact business. En tant que Spécialiste Senior de l’Onboarding Client , vous serez un véritable point de référence pour nos clients professionnels en France, vous piloterez leurs projets de déploiement de bout en bout afin de garantir une mise en service fluide et une adoption rapide de nos solutions. Votre mission sera de vous assurer que chaque client perçoive rapidement la valeur de nos logiciels dès l’installation de ses équipements informatiques et télématiques. Rattaché(e) à un manager basé à Barcelone, vous bénéficierez d’une grande autonomie dans l’organisation de votre activité et aurez l’opportunité de contribuer activement à la structuration des processus, à la diffusion des meilleures pratiques et au développement de l’expertise de l’équipe locale. Vos missions Formations centrées sur la valeur : Réaliser des démonstrations approfondies de nos solutions en mettant l’accent sur les enjeux métier du client, les bénéfices attendus et les leviers permettant une adoption rapide et durable des produits. Leadership des processus d’onboarding : Travailler en étroite collaboration avec le Team Lead Onboarding afin de standardiser, optimiser et faire évoluer les processus d’onboarding à grande échelle, tout en contribuant à la conception et à l’amélioration continue des supports et parcours de formation. Jouer un rôle de référent auprès des membres plus juniors de l’équipe et partager votre expertise sur les méthodes et outils d’onboarding. Gestion multi-segments : PME & Digital : Animer des formations, des webinaires et concevoir des parcours d'accompagnement digitaux automatisés pour former efficacement nos clients. Comptes Stratégiques : Assurer des sessions d'onboarding sur-mesure et haut de gamme en mode 1:1 pour nos clients Critères de succès & KPIs Au cours des 30 premiers jours : Acquérir une parfaite maîtrise de nos processus internes, obtenir les certifications nécessaires sur nos produits et développer une compréhension approfondie de notre écosystème de solutions (Ocean, Optimum et Avrios), couvrant à la fois la gestion de flotte et la télématique. Entre 60 et 90 jours (autonomie complète) : Prendre en charge l’intégralité du parcours d’onboarding de vos clients de manière autonome, en assurant une exécution fluide, sans escalade interne, et en générant systématiquement des retours clients positifs. Indicateurs de performance clés : Accélérer le Time-to-First-Value (TTFV) , garantir le respect des engagements et délais de déploiement, et maintenir un niveau élevé de satisfaction client (CSAT) tout au long de la phase d’onboarding. Votre Profil Compétences linguistiques : Un excellent niveau de Français (courant à natif) est obligatoire, tant à l'oral qu'à l'écrit, car vous serez l'interlocuteur(rice) privilégié(e) de nos clients stratégiques en France.
