<h2 class=\"h5\">وصف الوظيفة</h2> <div class=\"t-break\" data-jb-field=\"description\"> المسمى الوظيفي : انضم إلى شركة ديناميكية في قطاع الطاقة كـ كبير مطوري الأعمال، مقره في الدار البيضاء، المغرب. هذه فرصة فريدة للمساهمة بنشاط في تطوير حضورنا في السوق مع العمل في بيئة تحفيزية ومبتكرة. دورك هو التعرف على فرص عمل جديدة وتأمينها، وتوسيع محفظة عملائنا، وتقوية موقعنا الاستراتيجي. ستكون لاعباً رئيسياً في تحقيق أهداف النمو وتوسيع أنشطتنا التجارية. سيشمل مسؤولياتك الرئيسية: • تعريف وتنفيذ استراتيجية استكشافية عدوانية عبر كامل السوق المغربي. • تحديد وتقييم عملاء جدد في كلا القطاعين العام والخاص. • تطوير شبكة من صانعي القرار وفتح حسابات استراتيجية جديدة. • تحديد المشاريع مبكراً قبل طرحها في المناقصات. • تنظيم وعقد اجتماعات مبيعات مع صانعي القرار. • فهم احتياجات العملاء وبناء حلول مناسبة مع الفرق الفنية. • إدارة دورة المبيعات الكاملة من الاستكشاف حتى توقيع العقد. • المشاركة في تطوير المقترحات الفنية والتجارية. • التفاوض على الشروط التجارية والعقدية. • تقديم تقارير دورية للإدارة. • تمثيل BUTEC في الفعاليات المهنية والحفاظ على معلومات سوقية مستمرة.   المؤهل المطلوب : تحمل درجة في الهندسة الكهربائية، الهندسة الكهروميكانية، الهندسة الصناعية، هندسة الطاقة، الهندسة المدنية، أو ما يعادلها. مع خبرة لا تقل عن 5 إلى 8 سنوات في تطوير الأعمال بين الشركات B2B، بما في ذلك خبرة أساسية في صيانة متعددة التقنيات، إدارة المرافق، أو قطاع الخدمات الفنية.  للتفوق في هذا الدور، من الضروري أن تمتلك: • معرفة ممتازة بمهن الصيانة متعددة التقنيات. • فهم جيد لعقود إدارة المرافق. • إتقان مناقصات القطاعين العام والخاص. • مهارات تفاوض قوية. • رؤية استراتيجية لتطوير الأعمال. • قدرة قوية على فتح حسابات جديدة. • قدرة ممتازة على إقناع صانعي القرار. • عقلية مركزة على النتائج. • استمتاع بالتحديات. • دافع لتطوير أعمال جديدة. </div>
