Accurately enter invoice data into our financial system (SAP), assigning appropriate cost centers and account codes, matching with correct Delivery notes, Scheduling agreements, or Purchase orders.

Issue Resolution
Proactively identify and resolve any discrepancies or issues that may arise during the invoice processing workflow

Verification and Approval
Verify the accuracy of invoice information, obtain necessary approvals, and ensure all required documentation is attached before processing<br>Monitor and decrease GRNI Balances

Compliance & Collaboration
Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting principles, and relevant regulation<br>Stay informed about changes in accounting standards and implement necessary adjustments.<br>Collaborate with internal departments, including purchasing, Logistics...... and finance, to resolve discrepancies and streamline processes.

Commercial Development and Activity Development (Priority Mission)</strong></p><br><br><ul><li>Develop continuing education activities to achieve revenue, participant recruitment, and program growth objectives.</li><li>Define, implement, and manage commercial and marketing actions (BtoB & BtoC) in coordination with the relevant teams.</li><li>Ensure multi-channel commercial prospecting (phone, email, events, professional networks, partnerships, etc.) and develop a portfolio of prospects and companies.</li><li>Manage the entire commercial cycle: lead qualification, follow-ups, appointments, negotiation, conversion, contracting, registrations, invoicing, and payment tracking.</li><li>Ensure commercial follow-ups and debt collection in collaboration with the relevant departments.</li><li>Develop and retain relationships with partner companies, identify new opportunities, and contribute to the development of new programs.</li><li>Manage commercial dashboards, monitor KPIs (leads, conversion rates, revenue, participants, payments, satisfaction, etc.), and implement necessary corrective actions.</li><li>Conduct market research to adapt the offering and strengthen the positioning of Continuing Education.</li></ul><p><strong>2. Quality, Accreditations, and Continuous Improvement</strong></p><br><br><ul><li>Supervise syllabus management and ensure program compliance with academic standards.</li><li>Participate in accreditation processes (AACSB, EQUIS, AMBA) and continuous improvement initiatives.</li><li>Implement and monitor dashboards as well as academic, commercial, and operational performance indicators.</li></ul><p><strong>4.
