<p>We are looking for an experienced PMO / Project Coordinator to strengthen the program governance team as part of a major international digital transformation program for one of our industrial clients. You will work on a multi-country transformation program involving several functional areas (SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud, Workday HR, PLM...) and numerous international stakeholders. Your role will be to support the PMO Lead to ensure effective governance, transverse project coordination, and rigorous monitoring of the different workstreams. You will notably be involved in: Assisting the PMO Lead in program steering. Consolidating information from different projects and workstreams. Preparing governance support and steering committees. Developing and maintaining dashboards, reports, and progress indicators. Monitoring action plans, risks, dependencies, decisions, milestones, and deliverables. Preparing meeting minutes and ensuring follow-up of decisions. Designing and maintaining program steering templates. Facilitating recurring program meetings. Intervening directly on certain project topics when necessary. Collaborating with international teams, integrators, and multiple suppliers. Participating in the continuous improvement of governance practices. Beyond reporting, we are looking for someone who can take ownership of subjects, understand project issues, and support teams in their resolution.</p><p><strong>Desired Candidate Profile</strong></p><p>Bac+5 (Master's degree or Engineering degree). 3-5 years of experience in PMO, Project Coordination, or IT project management. Experience in complex IT transformation programs. Very good organizational and structuring skills. Analytical mindset and ability to "deep dive" when necessary. Excellent communication skills. Autonomy, rigor, and prioritization skills. Ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders simultaneously. Comfortable in international environments. <b>Job Purpose</b> <br><ul><li>To act as the focal point for customers/Agents/GSAs in terms of product and services inquiries, complaints, flight alerts and disruptions across the entire network. </li><li>Assists in monitoring systems, identifies and resolves problems and supports in executing action plans to increase sales and enhance customers’ experience ensuring productivity is in line with set measures and company’s adopted policies and procedures.</li></ul><br><b>Key Result Responsibilities</b> <br><ol><li>Acts as the first contact for customers/travel agents/GSAs with respect to inquiries, information, different types of requests, complaints, etc. and ensures all communication and exchanged information are in line with Company’s standards. </li><li>Supports the Contact Center teams by responding to inquiries raised from different channels such as: calls, website, email, social media, online chat and messaging applications.</li><li>Assesses customers’/travel agents’ needs and channels them in the right direction ensuring timely and satisfactory closures of their cases. Follows up with customers/travel agents and internal departments as necessary.</li><li>Provides accurate information about products and services including policies, tickets, reservation, ancillaries, onboard products and services.</li><li>Assists in handling special class bookings related to FAM trips, barter tickets, incentives, complimentary tickets as per the agreed policies and procedures and coordinates with all stakeholders to take the necessary approvals and validations.</li><li>Supports travel agents on system related matters including activation/deactivation of accounts, creation of users, password resets, etc. Coordinates with the relevant stakeholders and escalates any issues as and when necessary.</li><li>Assists in handling delayed, cancelled and disrupted flights cases, in a timely and professional manner in terms of connection inquiries, availability of alternate flights, and hotel accommodation for long transits.
