Job : <p>Reporting to the Head of the Management Mandates Monitoring Unit, within the Investment Portfolio Department of the Investment and Holdings Pole, your main responsibilities will be:</p><br><br><p><br><strong>1. Supervision and monitoring of the outsourcing mandate for the financial management of CDG's own portfolio</strong><br>• Contribute to the development and updating of the framework for managing the outsourcing mandate.<br>• Participate in defining the mandate's performance objectives, in coordination with various stakeholders.<br>• Contribute to developing the investment strategy in collaboration with the relevant bodies.<br>• Analyze market operation requests proposed by the mandate holder outside the pre-established management framework, before submitting them to the competent bodies for validation.<br>• Ensure compliance with strategic orientations, investment constraints, and mandate provisions.</p><br><br><p><br><strong>2. Support for steering and investment committees</strong><br>• Participate in monitoring meetings with the mandate holder to review and approve investment strategy proposals for the various portfolios managed under mandate.<br>• Contribute to the preparation of documents and materials for CDG's various governance bodies.<br>• Act as the interface between the mandate holder and the various entities and bodies concerned by the mandate.<br>• Ensure follow-up on the implementation of investment strategies approved by the various committees.<br>• Contribute to evaluating the mandate holder's management results and analyzing their performance.</p><br><br><p><br><strong>3.
