Job : <p>As a Systems and Network Administrator, you will play a central and structuring role in the daily management and evolution of our ERP information system and our IT infrastructure.</p><br><br><p><strong>Your main mission</strong></p><br><br><ul><li>Manage, secure, and optimize the entire IT system (networks, databases, servers), while ensuring optimal connectivity, smooth data transmission, and quality support for our users.</li><li>Reporting directly to the IT Project Manager, you will be involved in both technical fundamentals, compliance with company procedures, and the evolution of the IT architecture, in close collaboration with management and managers.</li></ul><p><strong>Your main responsibilities</strong></p><br><br><ul><li><strong>ERP Project Support and IT System Evolution</strong><ul><li>Participate in the deployment of the future ERP in collaboration with business teams and external providers.</li><li>Prepare and maintain the technical environment necessary for the ERP to function.</li><li>Ensure technical administration of the ERP solution: servers, databases, backups, access rights, and interfaces.</li><li>Support users in adopting new tools.</li><li>Participate in the continuous improvement of IT processes.</li></ul></li><li>Database Administration and Backup Management<ul><li>Ensure technical administration of the databases used by the company.</li><li>Participate in the installation, configuration, and optimization of database environments.</li><li>Guarantee the smooth running of backups and check their effectiveness.</li><li>Define and maintain a reliable organization of backup media.</li><li>Participate in the implementation of solutions ensuring data resilience and restoration.</li><li>Ensure compliance with access rules and information confidentiality.</li></ul></li><li><strong>Network Management, Configuration, and Security</strong><ul><li>Design, administer, and evolve the network architecture adapted to the company's needs.</li><li>Ensure the availability and performance of network infrastructures (LAN, Wi-Fi, Internet access, communication equipment).</li><li>Administer network equipment and ensure its maintenance.</li><li>Participate in defining and applying the IT security policy.</li><li>Implement cybersecurity best practices: access protection, rights management, antivirus protection, data security.</li><li>Ensure control over access to the information system and track it.</li><li>Identify, analyze, and resolve technical incidents related to infrastructures.</li></ul></li><li><strong>Systems and Server Administration</strong><ul><li>Install, configure, and administer the company's servers and IT equipment.</li><li>Ensure the monitoring and operational maintenance of infrastructures.</li><li>Administer Microsoft Windows environments and associated services.</li><li>Manage user accounts, access rights, and security policies.</li><li>Implement and follow IT operating procedures.</li><li>Document architectures, configurations, and technical interventions.</li></ul></li><li><strong>User Support, Monitoring, and Continuous Improvement</strong><ul><li>Provide local technical support to employees.</li><li>Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network incidents.</li><li>Advise users and propose solutions tailored to their needs.</li><li>Ensure technological watch on systems, networks, and cybersecurity solutions.</li><li>Identify improvement opportunities and propose evolutions to optimize IT system performance.</li></ul></li><li><strong>Operational Excellence and Brand Image</strong><ul><li>Strictly adhere to internal procedures and regulatory requirements applicable to the quality management system.</li><li>Ensure the proper organization, documentation, and archiving of the information system's technical elements.</li><li>Provide a reliable, responsive IT service focused on user satisfaction.</li><li>Contribute through professionalism to projecting a positive image of the IT function within the company.</li></ul></li></ul> <br> <br> Required profile : <p>Hold a degree of Bachelor's degree +3 or higher in Computer Science, Systems and Networks, or equivalent.</p><br><br><p>Proven experience in the administration of IT servers and networks.</p><br><br><p>Experience in ERP administration is desired.</p><br><br><p>Good command of Microsoft Windows environments.</p><br><br><p>Solid knowledge of network infrastructures and protocols.</p><br><br><p>Solid skills in database administration, operational cybersecurity, and identity and access management.</p><br><br><p>Ability to monitor technology trends and propose innovative solutions adapted to the company's needs.</p><br><br><p>Knowledge of technical administration of an ERP is an asset.</p><br><br><p>Rigor, organization, and a keen sense of discretion and confidentiality.</p><br><br><p>Structuring, pragmatic, solutions-oriented mindset with strong operational <p><strong>BUSINESS UNIT STATEMENT </strong></p><br><p>To support our business strategy and digital transformation, AXA is setting up a new information security practice to ensure a coordinated response to the increasing threat of cybersecurity, enabling consistent decision-making across the organization.</p><br><p>Our vision of information security is to protect our stakeholders by securing our information resources, managing our cyber risks and enabling effective and efficient business strategies that are fully sponsored by executives and supported by all AXA employees.</p><br><p><strong>MISSION </strong></p><br><p>The main mission of the Security Engineer Vulnerability and threat Management is to perform scans and reports using the Qualys Guard tool.</p><br><p>You’ll be responsible of performing and scheduling compliance and vulnerability scans on AXA network activity and infrastructure and generating reports to different teams (such as server admins, network administrators in order to mitigate scanned vulnerabilities).</p><br><p> The role consists also of integrating and managing different assets in the Qualys Guard modules.</p><br><p><strong>Security Management:</strong></p><br><ul><li>Conduct vulnerability scanning and assessment functions related to various clients, environments, technologies, systems and appliances</li><li>Coordinate effectively with representatives of different Business Units and technology specialists</li><li>Integrate and manage assets in Qualys</li><li>Effectively communicate security vulnerabilities and risks to issue owners and assist in remediation efforts</li><li>Govern and enforce cybersecurity policies and vulnerability remediation deadlines</li><li>Develop and maintain executive dashboards and/or regular reports to communicate department-specific cybersecurity risks and threats</li></ul><p><strong><u>Reporting Service: </u></strong></p><br><p>• <strong>Provide a monthly/Weekly analysis of common vulnerabilities and compliance issues </strong></p><br><p><strong> • </strong><strong>Produce a periodic dashboard demonstrating remediation progress and cases’ status</strong></p><br><p><strong>QUALIFICATIONS </strong></p><br><p><strong>Education </strong></p><br><ul><li>Minimum Bac+5 in Networks and Security.</li></ul><p><strong>Certification</strong></p><br><ul><li>An information Security Certification is <strong>highly</strong> desired (CCNA R&S, CCNA Security, NSE4, PCCSA, MCSA, CEHv9/v10…or/and equivalent)</li></ul><p><strong>Work Ethics</strong></p><br><ul><li>Due to the sensitive nature of the task, the role holder must have a demonstrated high level of <strong>work ethics</strong>, <strong>secrecy and discretion</strong>. A background check will be performed.</li></ul><p><strong>Overall work experience in the field:</strong></p><br><ul><li>Global technical vision of the main security tools / environments:</li></ul><p>PKI, SIEM, SOC, authentication, IPSEC, AD security, operating system security, Windows account security</p><br><ul><li>Experience managing data security programs like Password Vaulting, Privileged Access Management (Cyber Ark)</li><li>Experience with Identity Management concepts and processes including authorization, authentication, segregation of duties</li><li>Knowledge of best practices around data security</li><li>Experience using an ITSM tool such as <strong>ServiceNow</strong></li><li>Strong fundamentals in networking protocols and troubleshooting</li><li>Knowledge of hacking techniques, cyber threats and security trends</li><li>At least 2 years’ experience in the cybersecurity industry </li></ul><p><strong>SKILLS & ABILITIES </strong></p><br><ul><li>Experience with vulnerability management tools (e.g. Kenna, Nexpose, Tenable, Qualys, etc.)</li><li>Hands-on experience with <strong>Qualys</strong>, a certification is a plus</li><li>Work on maturing vulnerability management & Compliance program services and processes</li><li>Develop and improve KPIs, metrics, and trend analysis for vulnerability management functions</li><li>Take part of the implementation and operational best practices while taking ownership of tasks and/or project workstreams</li><li><strong>PowerShell </strong>and<strong> Python </strong>scripting skills</li><li>Coding skills, such as HTML, CSS, Power Query and other languages</li><li>Analytical thinking, time management and coordination skills</li><li>Fluent English (<strong>Very important</strong>)</li></ul> </div>
