Calibration &amp; Compliance</strong> Oversee calibration and certification of field instruments per preventive maintenance plans. Handle internal and external calibration audits and maintain up-to-date documentation. Participate in cybersecurity audits (e.g., NCA) and ensure system integrity.</li><li><strong>5. Continuous Improvement &amp; SOPs</strong> Drive continuous improvement initiatives in production automation and process efficiency. Develop and document SOPs and lessons learned to support staff development and operational excellence.
