<section><p class="heading jdMain">وصف الوظيفة</p><p class="heading">الأدوار والمسؤوليات</p><div class="paragraph"><p><font dir="auto" ><font dir="auto" >وصف الوظيفة: ضمان الإنتاج وفقاً للإجراءات والتعليمات المقدمة في محطة العمل؛ ضمان الامتثال لخطة الجدول الزمني التي وضعها المشرف؛ أن تكون مسؤولاً عن تنفيذ برنامج إنتاج الفريق؛ ضمان جودة المنتجات المصنعة وفق نطاق مراقبة الجودة؛ مراقبة تسجيل الإنتاج والهدر والأعطال في الوقت الفعلي ضمن نظام إدارة المصانع EAM؛ إخطار مدير الخط في حال وجود أية مشاكل في الإنتاج؛ المشاركة بنشاط في خطة التحسين بالموقع؛ المشاركة بنشاط في نظام الاقتراحات المرتبط بالسلامة والأداء؛ تنظيم توزيع العمل داخل الفريق؛ ضمان سلاسة تغيّرات الفريق (نظافة المنطقة، نقل التعليمات الضرورية إلى الفريق القادم)؛ إدارة حركة الفريق ضمن إطار القواعد الداخلية؛ ضمان الدمج والتدريب للموظفين الجدد في محطات عملهم؛ المشاركة في تحليل مشاكل الجودة والإجراءات التصحيحية؛ المشاركة النشطة في إجراءات خطة تحسين الموقع؛ إيقاف الإنتاج في حال وجود مشاكل جودة أو سلامة أو بيئة وتنفيذ الإجراءات اللازمة؛ وضع التعيين الأسبوعي؛ ضمان نهج التحسين المستمر في قطاعهم؛ ضمان الامتثال لس_ranges التصنيع مع تحسين الاستهلاك واحترام مبدأ FIFO للمنتجات والمواد؛ فرض جداول العمل والتعليمات والانضباط والإجراءات؛ ضمان الامتثال لقواعد النظافة والجودة والبيئة والسلامة ونظافة المصنع؛ تحديث المستندات المتعلقة بالتدريب (الجدول وشبكة المهارات)؛ ضمان التنسيق بين قادة الفرق؛ إدارة الفرق؛ الاستعداد للجهات التدقيقية الداخلية والخارجية؛ مراقبة تدريب الملتحقين الجدد وتغييرات الوظائف؛ وضع وعرض مؤشرات الإنتاج.</font></font></p></div></section>
<section><p class="heading jdMain">Job Description</p><p class="heading">Roles & Responsibilities</p><div class="paragraph"><p><font dir="auto" ><font dir="auto" >Job Description: Ensure production in accordance with the procedures and instructions provided at the workstation; Ensure compliance with the scheduling plan established by the supervisor; Be responsible for the execution of the team's production program; Guarantee the quality of manufactured products in accordance with the quality control range; Monitor the recording of production, waste, and breakdowns in real time under EAM; Notify the line manager in case of any production problems; Actively participate in the site's improvement plan; Actively participate in the suggestion system related to safety and performance; Organize the distribution of work within the team; Ensure smooth team changes (cleanliness of the area, handover of necessary instructions to the incoming team); Manage the movements of the team within the framework of internal rules; Ensure the integration and training of new employees at their workstations; Participate in the analysis of quality problems and corrective actions; Actively participate in the Site Improvement Plan actions; Stop production in case of quality, safety, or environmental problems and implement the necessary actions; Establish the weekly assignment; Guarantee the continuous improvement approach in their sector; Ensure compliance with manufacturing ranges while optimizing consumption and respecting the FIFO principle for products and materials; Enforce work schedules, instructions, discipline, and procedures; Ensure compliance with hygiene, quality, environmental, safety, and factory cleanliness rules; Update training-related documents (schedule and skills grid); Ensure coordination between team leaders; Manage teams; Prepare for internal and external audits; Monitor the training of new recruits and job changes; Establish and display production indicators.</font></font></p></div></section>
