<section>Job DescriptionRoles & Responsibilities<div class="paragraph">Job Description <div> We are looking for a dynamic, committed, and motivated individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The person must be comfortable interacting with a variety of people, both internally and with clients. The ideal candidate will also have a strong commercial acumen : the ability to understand customer needs, identify opportunities, promote our training offer and actively contribute to the development of this business. Main tasks: <ul> <li>Participate in the development and promotion of training activities;</li> <li>Identify and qualify customer needs;</li> <li>Contribute to the preparation and monitoring of training offers;</li> <li>Ensure coordination with trainers, clients and internal teams;</li> <li>Participate in prospecting and developing new business opportunities;</li> <li>To monitor actions and contribute to customer satisfaction and loyalty.</li> </ul> This is therefore not just an administrative or coordination role. We are looking for a proactive, autonomous and development-oriented person , capable of taking initiatives and contributing concretely to the growth of the business.</div></div></section><section>Desired Candidate ProfileQualifications <div> <ul> <li>Minimum Bac+3 in business, management, engineering or equivalent training;</li> <li>Very good communication and presentation skills;</li> <li>Good interpersonal skills and ease with clients;</li> <li>Commercial fiber and interest for business development;</li> <li>Sense of organization and ability to manage several subjects in parallel;</li> <li>Dynamism, autonomy, commitment and initiative;</li></ul></div></section>
