Backup is delivered via Dell PowerProtect.Operations model: The platform has been deployed and accepted. These roles cover Day 2 steady-state operations — monitoring, incident response, change management, backup validation, and continuous improvement. No deployment or project delivery responsibilities.Role OverviewThe Infrastructure & Platform Operations Engineer is the primary Day 2 owner of the compute, Kubernetes, storage, and backup layer of the platform. You maintain cluster health, respond to node and workload incidents, manage the backup and recovery lifecycle, and ensure the observability pipeline is accurate and actionable.You work alongside the Network & Security Operations Engineer, who owns the Fortinet fabric. Together, the two roles provide full-stack operational coverage. <section>Job DescriptionRoles & Responsibilities<div class="paragraph">Job Description As part of strengthening the Infrastructure and Network teams of a large international group, we are looking for an experienced Network Change Manager to lead and secure technical changes within a critical, multi-site and high availability IT environment.Main missions<ul><li>Managing the network change lifecycle (RFC / Change Management).</li><li>Analyze the technical and material impacts of the proposed changes.</li><li>assess risks and guarantee the quality of production deployments.</li><li>Coordinate the Network, Infrastructure, Security, Operations teams and external partners.</li><li>Facilitate the governance bodies of changes (CAB, pre-CAB, monitoring committees).</li><li>Supervise critical changes made outside of business hours.</li><li>Monitor post-change incidents and coordinate corrective actions.</li><li>Verify the conformity of the changes and the quality of the associated documentation.</li><li>Produce operational performance indicators, dashboards and reports.</li><li>Contribute to the continuous improvement of Change Management processes.</li></ul>Technical environment<ul><li>Network & Security</li><li>LAN/WAN</li><li>WiFi / WLAN</li><li>SD-WAN</li><li>IPsec VPN</li><li>Firewalls</li><li>Routing and Switching</li><li>VLAN</li><li>QoS</li><li>DNS</li><li>NAT</li><li>ACL</li><li>ServiceNow tools or equivalent ITSM tools</li><li>Network monitoring and supervision tools</li><li>KPI reporting and tracking tools</li></ul>Daily activities<ul><li>Analysis and qualification of change requests.</li><li>Validation of risks, dependencies and impacts.</li><li>Verification of rollback plans.</li><li>Organization and facilitation of validation processes.</li><li>Coordination of technical teams during production launches.</li><li>Communication with stakeholders.</li><li>Post-deployment incident tracking.</li><li>Production of reports and performance indicators.</li></ul></div></section><section>Desired Candidate Profile<h2>Qualifications</h2><ul><li>Proven experience in IT or Network Change Management.</li></ul><h2>Appreciated strengths</h2><ul><li>Good understanding of network infrastructure and security.</li><li>Mastery of ITIL processes and good IT governance practices.</li><li>Experience in high availability critical environments.</li><li>Ability to coordinate multidisciplinary technical teams.</li><li>Strong culture of risk management and quality of service.</li><li>Excellent communication and organizational skills.</li><li>Analytical mindset, anticipation and prioritization skills.</li><li>ITIL certification.</li><li>Experience in retail, logistics or large multi-site group environments.</li><li>Knowledge of SD-WAN environments, network security and critical infrastructure.</li></ul></section>
