<h2 class="h5">Job description</h2> <div class="t-break" data-jb-field="description"> Mission : Prospecter la clientèle assignée par le Directeur de division. Promouvoir les produits et service désignés. Etablir les offres commerciales et les négocier aux fins d’atteindre les objectifs fixés en terme de chiffre d’affaires, parts de marché et profitabilité brute. Activités principales : En étroite collaboration avec la fonction marketing, traduire les objectifs de vente en plan d’action terrain : prospection, visites, développement du réseau de distribution etc.. Utiliser activement les outils de segmentation de marché (territory management) pour améliorer l’efficacité de la prospection et faire connaître la marque et les produits AC dans de nouveaux territoires (territoire étant défini comme secteur géographique, d’activité, ou application). Etablir les offres commerciales résultant de l’activité de prospection ou des demandes de la clientèle, après analyse du besoin et définition de la meilleure proposition technique. Assurer le suivi et la négociation des affaires, en veillant notamment aux conditions de solvabilité des nouveaux clients (interface avant la vente avec le Département crédit), Etablir systématiquement les rapports de visites en clientèle, ainsi que de suivi des affaires en utilisant notamment les outils informatiques en usage dans la société (CRM). A l’occasion des visites en clientèle, présenter les nouveaux produits (équipements) susceptibles d’intéresser le client ainsi que les produits service. Maintenir un contact régulier avec la clientèle, pour en vérifier le degré de satisfaction, les projets futurs en cours d’élaboration etc. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Activités secondaires: En étroite collaboration avec la fonction marketing, contribuer à la préparation des foires, conférences, réunions, ou toute autre opportunités pouvant contribuer à la promotion de nos produits et services et ainsi faciliter l’atteinte des objectifs. Pratiquer une veille terrain permanente en rapportant toutes informations relatives à l’activité de la concurrence, à la solidité financière des clients et prospects, aux nouvelles affaires annoncées etc… Formation/Savoir faire : Technicien ou ingénieur industriel à dominante mécanique ou électromécanique (ou équivalent issu de l’expérience). Anglais : bon niveau général Informatique : Microsoft Pack Office, logiciels internes utilisés dans la société. Connaissances spécifiques au domaine de l’air comprimé et de ses applications. Savoir être : Très bon sens commercial s’appuyant sur une grande capacité d’écoute. Esprit d’analyse et de synthèse pour proposer la meilleure solution au client. Capacité à conclure. Disponibilité, mobilité. Bonne organisation individuelle et sens des priorités Très bonne présentation et capacité à représenter les valeurs de la société.
