<section>Job DescriptionRoles & Responsibilities<div class="paragraph">The Site Manager is in charge of delivery activities at the production site to which they are assigned, and the implementation of the tools to support them. In this capacity, they ensure quality and delivery in the implementation of various training programs: they support management in onboarding, welcome day, compliance module pathways, job onboarding programs, the deployment of regional initiatives, and the professional development of trainers through learning communities.
