<h2 class="h5">وصف الوظيفة</h2> <div class="t-break" data-jb-field="description"> المهمة : <p>سَتُقدِّم تقاريرك إلى دائرة الزراعة والتنمية الريفية ومهامك ستكون كالتالي:</p><br><br><ul><li>مراقبة وإشراف المزارعين،</li><li>تنظيم وقيادة جلسات تدريب على الري الموزون وإدارة المياه،</li><li>مساعدة المزارعين في إدارة مواردهم الطبيعية (المياه، التربة، المراعي)،</li><li>الدعم في الاستشارات الزراعية،</li></ul><p>تلتزم نوفك بتعزيز التنوع في التوظيف ومنع جميع أشكال التمييز.&nbsp;</p><br><br> <br> الملف المطلوب : <ul><li>حاصل على دبلوم تقني متخصص في إنتاج الحيوان (مزرعة مختلطة وتربية ماشية، إلخ)،</li><li>أكثر من 5 سنوات من الخبرة في المجال،</li><li>معرفة عميقة بأنظمة الثروة الحيوانية،</li><li>إتقان تقنيات تغذية الحيوان وإدارة المراعي.</li><li>إدارة أمراض الحيوان وتطبيق التدابير الصحية.</li><li>معرفة محاصيل العلف والتقنيات الزراعية المرتبطة بها.</li><li>إدارة الموارد الطبيعية (الماء، التربة، التنوع الحيوي).</li><li>قيادة جلسات التدريب والتواصل الزراعي،</li><li>مهارات تواصل جيدة مع المزارعين وأصحاب المصلحة في القطاع,<br>&nbsp;</li></ul> <br><br> </div>
