The Role of Engineer Assistant Manager: We currently have an opportunity for an Engineer Assistant Manager to join our Four Seasons Hotel RabatKasrAl Bahr team in Morocco! <h2 class="h5">وصف الوظيفة</h2> <div class="t-break" data-jb-field="description"> الوظيفة : • تطوير وتنفيذ وصيانة خطة السيطرة على النظافة والصحة عبر جميع خطوط الإنتاج; • إدارة نظام HACCP (تحليل المخاطر، نقاط التحكم الحرجة، خطط الرصد والتحقق); • ضمان الرصد وتحديث الإجراءات الخاصة بالنظافة والتطهير ومكافحة الآفات; • إجراء تدقيقات داخلية دورية (النظافة، العمليات، الممارسات التصنيعية الجيدة) واقتراح الإجراءات التصحيحية اللازمة; • إدارة العلاقات مع مقدمي الخدمات الخارجيين (مكافحة الآفات، مختبرات التحليل، هيئات الشهادات); • تحليل نتائج الضوابط الميكروبيولوجية والفيزيائية الكيميائية وبدء الإجراءات المناسبة في حالة عدم الامتثال; • معالجة الشكاوى العملاء المتعلقة بالنظافة والسلامة الغذائية، بالتنسيق مع فريقي الجودة والإنتاج; • متابعة القوانين (ISO 22000، IFS، BRC، معايير HACCP، القوانين المحلية) والتأكد من تحديث أنظمة المراجع الداخلية; • تدريب وتوعية عمال الإنتاج بممارسات النظافة والسلامة الغذائية الجيدة; • الاستعداد لمراجعات وشهادات الاعتماد ودعمها من الجهات المختصة؛ • تطوير لوحات معلومات ومؤشرات رصد النظافة، وتقديم تقارير منتظمة للإدارة.   > موجز الملف المطلوب : • شهادة هندسة أو ماجستير (Bac+5) في الأغذية-النظافة-السلامة-البيئة، أو مجال مكافئ; • خبرة لا تقل عن 3 إلى 4 سنوات في وظيفة مشابهة في قطاع الأغذية- الزراعية- في مجال النظافة والسلامة؛ • إتقان HACCP، معايير ISO 22000، ويفضل IFS/BRC؛ • معرفة جيدة باللوائح الصحية المطبقة على صناعة الأغذية- الزراعية؛ • مهارات تحليلية، دقة منهجية، ومهارات تنظيمية؛ • قدرات القيادة والتعامل مع فرق متعددة الوظائف لضمان قبول العاملين لمتطلبات النظافة؛ • مهارات كتابة جيدة لإنتاج التقارير والإجراءات ومحاضر الاجتماعات؛ • إتقان أدوات المكتب (Excel، Word، PowerPoint); • إتقان اللغة الفرنسية؛ وجود معرفة بالإنجليزية و/أو العربية يعتبر ميزة.  المؤهلات المطلوبة: • الدقة والاهتمام بالتفاصيل؛ • الاستعجال والقدرة على إدارة حالات الطوارئ؛ • روح الفريق والقدرة على توحيد الناس حول أهداف النظافة؛ • الاستقلالية والقدرة على اقتراح الحلول؛ • الأمانة والسلوك النموذجي في اتباع الإجراءات.

<h2 class="h5">Job description</h2> <div class="t-break" data-jb-field="description"> Job : • Develop, implement, and maintain the hygiene and sanitary control plan across all production lines; • Manage the HACCP system (hazard analysis, critical points, monitoring and verification plans); • Ensure the monitoring and updating of procedures for hygiene, cleaning-disinfection, and pest control; • Conduct regular internal audits (hygiene, process, good manufacturing practices) and propose necessary corrective actions; • Manage relationships with external service providers (pest control, analysis laboratories, certification bodies); • Analyze results of microbiological and physicochemical controls and initiate appropriate actions in case of non-compliance; • Handle and process customer complaints related to hygiene and food safety, in coordination with the quality and production teams; • Monitor regulations (ISO 22000, IFS, BRC, HACCP standards, local regulations) and ensure internal reference systems are updated; • Train and raise awareness among production staff on good hygiene and food safety practices; • Prepare for and support certification audits and inspections by competent authorities; • Develop dashboards and hygiene monitoring indicators, and report regularly to Management.   Required profile : • Engineering degree or Master's degree (Bac+5) in agri-food, hygiene-safety-environment, or equivalent field; • Minimum of 3 to 4 years of experience in a similar position in the agri-food sector; • Proficiency in HACCP, ISO 22000 standards, and ideally IFS/BRC; • Good knowledge of sanitary regulations applicable to the agri-food industry; • Analytical skills, methodological rigor, and organizational skills; • Leadership and interpersonal skills to manage cross-functional teams and ensure staff buy-in to hygiene requirements; • Good writing skills for producing reports, procedures, and minutes; • Proficiency in office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); • Proficiency in French; knowledge of English and/or Arabic is an asset.   Required qualities: • Rigor and attention to detail; • Reactivity and ability to manage emergency situations; • Team spirit and ability to unite people around hygiene objectives; • Autonomy and ability to propose solutions; • Integrity and exemplary conduct in following procedures.   </div>
