Possesses strong interpersonal skills and enjoys working with teams. Autonomous, proactive, and creative. Excellent communicator (interacting with multiple stakeholders: Engineering France, methods, production, clients, suppliers). Knowledge of electrical engineering, IT, and mechanics. Ability to read and understand plans from design offices (electrical/mechanical). Knowledge of instrumentation and measurement. Knowledge of test benches/software. Expertise in problem-solving methodologies (brainstorming, 8D, Ishikawa diagram, FMEA, 5W2H). Proficiency in using digital tools (Minitab/SPC/SAP/Microsoft Office).
