<section>Job DescriptionRoles & Responsibilities<div class="paragraph"> What You'll Do You will support the BCG X teams by enhancing the employee experience for all CT talent, with a key responsibility being the support of CT career development. This includes working closely with the regional CD team to ensure all aspects of the talent review process such as tenure reviews, case reviews, and dossier preparation are submitted and completed accurately. Additionally, you will ensure that all relevant data (e.g., Workday, case information, staffing details, case reviews) is up-to-date and accurate. You will create and/or updates regular reports as required including headcount activity, reduced capacity, LOA, mobility, attrition or other program reporting needs and ensure accuracy and timelines of delivery . You will support the regional Point of Contact (POC) for functional pillars such as L&D, D&I, Compensation, and Insights & Reporting, also contribute to people-related projects as needed. In this role, you are expected to work closely with the Regional P&D team to support a wide range of people-focused initiatives, driving culture, engagement, and people development.
