<div><b> About the Role </b><p>As a <strong>CBRE Technical Assistant Manager</strong>, you will assist with the management of the team responsible for all mechanical and electrical operations, maintenance, communications, energy management, and workforce development programs for a facility, campus, or portfolio of buildings.</p> <p>This role is part of the <strong>Engineering and Technical Services</strong> job function, supporting the delivery of high-quality technical services, preventive maintenance, repairs, operational excellence, and client-focused facility management.</p> <p>You will work closely with technical teams, clients, tenants, contractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure the safe, efficient, and reliable operation of building systems and services.<br> <br> <strong>What You Will Do:</strong> </p> <ul> <li>Provide formal supervision for employees. Monitor the training and development of staff. Conduct <br>performance evaluations and coaching. Oversee the recruiting and hiring of new employees.</li> <li>Coordinate and manage the team's daily activities. Establish work schedules, assign tasks, and cross-train staff.</li> <li>Set and track staff and department deadlines. Mentor and coach as needed.</li> <li>Manage operations and maintenance for assigned facilities. </li> <li>Assist in the development of operating and capital budgets.</li> <li>Implement improvements for preventive maintenance programs on an ongoing basis. </li> <li>Maintain effective building-specific maintenance and safety procedure manuals.</li> <li>Coordinate maintenance efforts with outside contractors, tenant finish personnel, and technicians.</li> <li>Oversee all building systems including fire/life safety, plumbing, HVAC, and electrical issues. </li> <li>Must remain current with the latest technology trends.</li> <li>Guide ongoing communication with tenants, clients, owners, facility management team, and vendors.</li> <li>Facilitate the acquisition of new management contracts and maintain as-built drawings.</li> <li>Respond to emergency situations and customer concerns.</li> <li>Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values. </li> <li>Influence parties of shared interests to reach an agreement.</li> <li>Apply knowledge of own discipline and how own discipline integrates with others to achieve team and <br>departmental objectives.</li> <li>Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve day-to-day and moderately complex issues that may or may not be evident in existing systems and processes. </li> </ul> <strong>What You will Need:</strong> <br> <ul> <li>Master's Degree preferred with 4-6 years of relevant experience.
