<p><font dir="auto" style="vertical-align: inherit;"><font dir="auto" style="vertical-align: inherit;">Your responsibilities: Audit existing systems and document current applications (unit testing, identification of technical debt). Design, develop, and maintain high-performance and scalable web applications (PHP, Laravel, JavaScript, Ajax, jQuery, MySQL, Azure SQL, Microsoft Azure). Participate in architectural choices and technical decisions, propose Proofs of Concept, and integrate new technologies. Mentor and guide junior developers, share development best practices, and provide technical guidance. Collaborate closely with the product, QA, and development teams to ensure the quality and delivery of solutions. Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes, tools, and practices. Diagnose and resolve complex problems and provide technical support for existing applications. Actively participate in Scrum ceremonies and promote agility within the team.</font></font></p><p><strong>Desired Candidate Profile</strong></p><p><font dir="auto" style="vertical-align: inherit;"><font dir="auto" style="vertical-align: inherit;">Qualifications: Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent. Minimum 8 years of experience in software development, with a similar role in complex environments. Advanced proficiency in PHP, Laravel, JavaScript, Ajax, jQuery, MySQL, SQL Server, Bash, and PowerShell. Experience with Laravel and Eloquent ORM frameworks, Git, Azure DevOps, CI/CD, and IDEs such as PHPStorm, VS Code, and GitHub Copilot. Experience with .NET Framework or .NET Core is a significant advantage. Ability to produce clean, maintainable, and well-documented code. Strong problem-solving skills, autonomy, rigor, and attention to detail. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, fluency in French and English.</font></font></p>
