<p><b>Customer Solution Engineer – Solution - Experienced</b></p><br><p><b>Location: Casablanca, Morocco</b></p><br><p><b>About the role</b></p><br><p>As a <b>Customer Solution Engineer – Solution</b>, you will provide technical expertise to the Sales and Customer Solutions Engineering teams, translating customer requirements into optimal and commercially viable KONE solutions. As part of KONE’s <b>early engagement team</b>, you will help shape customer requirements and building specifications, ensuring KONE solutions are considered from the early stages of a project.</p><br><p>The role focuses on <b>non-standard and complex tender opportunities</b>, taking ownership of the overall solution, including products, services, integrations, specifications, costs and lead times. You will collaborate with Sales, Supply Line and other local, Area and Global teams to develop the right solution.
