<section><p class="heading jdMain">Job Description</p><p class="heading">Roles &amp; Responsibilities</p><div class="paragraph"><p>We have the urgent requirement for the Construction Supervision Support Services - Gas Pipeline</p><p><strong><u>Job Location</u></strong> - Morocco</p><p><strong><u>Job duration</u></strong>: 9 months</p><br><p><strong><em><u>Required Position</u></em></strong></p><p>1 Sr. Construction Engineer</p><p>2 HSE Supervisor</p><p>3 QA/QC Supervisor</p><p>4 Inspector for Major Equipment</p><p>5 Civil Supervisor</p><p>6 Mechanical Supervisor</p><p>7 Welding &amp; Coating Inspector</p><br></div></section><section><p class="heading">Desired Candidate Profile</p><p class="paragraph"></p><p>Common Requirements</p><p>All proposed personnel shall meet the following minimum requirements:</p><p>Relevant academic qualifications and technical certifications.</p><p>Proven experience in Oil &amp; Gas projects.</p><p>Demonstrated exposure to Brownfield construction environments.</p><p>Fluency in English is mandatory.</p><p>French language proficiency is strongly preferred.</p><ol><li><p>Scope of Services</p></li></ol><p>The scope of services shall include, but not be limited to, the following activities:</p><p>On-site supervision of construction activities performed by the contractor.</p><p>Monitoring compliance with AFC (Approved for Construction) drawings, project specifications, and procedures.</p><p>Assisting with inspection and testing activities.</p><p>Monitoring HSE compliance on-site.</p><p>Reporting on progress, issues encountered, and non-conformities.</p><p>Coordination with the Client project team, construction contractor, and client representatives.</p><p>Review of Method Statements and Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs)</p><p></p></section>

<section><p class="heading jdMain">Job Description</p><p class="heading">Roles &amp; Responsibilities</p><div class="paragraph"><p><font dir="auto" ><font dir="auto" >Reporting to the Regional Director in Agadir and a member of the management committee, you will lead and manage all activities and human resources at your site, ensuring compliance with contractual commitments to clients, Concentrix Group processes and standards, and within the budget set by senior management. You will lead the site's management team in close collaboration with the functional departments. You will be responsible for achieving objectives and fulfilling commitments made to clients at your site. You will organize and coordinate all technical and functional support resources for the site under your responsibility. You will ensure adherence to budgetary objectives with a constant focus on site profitability. You will promote the Concentrix culture and enforce internal regulations, labor laws, and safety rules on the site. You manage internal communication across the sites and ensure a positive work environment. To this end, you guarantee high-quality social dialogue and chair local employee representative bodies. You represent the company to clients and key local economic and political stakeholders.</font></font></p></div></section><section><p class="heading">Desired Candidate Profile</p><p class="paragraph"></p><p><font dir="auto" ><font dir="auto" >You hold a higher education degree from a business school, engineering school, or equivalent. You have significant experience of at least 5 years in a similar role, managing production sites and multidisciplinary teams, ideally within the contact center sector. You have experience leading teams of over 300 employees. As a manager and ambassador, you possess strong analytical and synthesis skills, leadership qualities, excellent communication skills, and a passion for management. You are customer- and results-oriented. You have a solid understanding of P&amp;L and budget management. You have experience in managing employee relations and facilitating employee representative bodies. Fluency in written and spoken English is required.</font></font></p><p></p></section>
