<section>Job DescriptionRoles & Responsibilities<div class="paragraph">Description du poste En tant que Lead Support Niveau 2 Senior, vous tes responsable de la gestion op rationnelle du support technique sur un p rim tre applicatif critique. Vous pilotez une quipe pluridisciplinaire compos e d ing nieurs support N2, d un testeur automaticien et d un expert ELK. Vous tes galement garant de la mise en place et de l'am lioration des pratiques de monitoring et d observabilit , notamment sur les flux Tibco, en lien avec le top management c t client. Minimum 6 ans d'exp rience en support applicatif et/ou monitoring, avec au moins 2 ans dans un r le de coordination ou de lead. Comp tences techniques : Gestion op rationnelle & coordination : Assurer la supervision et la priorisation des incidents, demandes et probl mes niveau 2. Piloter l activit quotidienne de l quipe (planification, coordination, suivi des SLA). Organiser et animer les rituels d quipe (daily, revues hebdo, comit s de pilotage). Monitoring & observabilit : tre force de proposition sur la d finition, la mise en uvre et l am lioration des KPI de supervision et de suivi de performance des syst mes, en particulier les flux Tibco . Collaborer avec l expert ELK pour garantir un monitoring proactif et une meilleure observabilit . Participer l industrialisation du support via des dashboards, alertes intelligentes, automatisations et documentation. Relation client & coordination transverse : tre l interlocuteur principal du client pour toutes les questions li es au support, monitoring et am lioration continue. Remonter les alertes critiques, proposer des plans d'action, documenter les plans de rem diation. Scoping and Needs Analysis (the request): Managing change requests: Gathering, analyzing, and translating the technical and functional requirements expressed directly by clients, the Procurement department, or the Methods department. Data Extraction and Integration (Input): Multi-source connection: Extraction and centralization of raw data from the SAP ERP system, shared file servers, or local files, depending on the scope of the request. Securing data flows: Automating data retrieval to guarantee the freshness and reliability of information. 3. Processing, Modeling, and Requencing: Data Cleaning: Sorting, filtering, and restructuring complex input data to eliminate anomalies. Advanced Querying: Using Power Query and writing SQL queries to merge, cross-reference, and model large volumes of data. Logical Preprocessing: Transforming raw data into actionable business indicators. 4. Automation and Development (VBA): Developing complex macros: Designing VBA algorithms to automate all repetitive and time-consuming tasks. Reliability: Standardizing business rules in the code to eliminate the risk of human error. 5. Output and Delivery: Generating results: Designing final reports, precise deliverables, and dynamic dashboards that meet the client's requirements.
