Your ‘day to day’:</p><br><br><p>• Facilitate Market IBP process with involvement of Commercial, Finance, Marketing and Business Planning teams to achieve key objectives.</p><br><br><p>• Act as a single point of contact for all key decisions related to supply and demand management topics and provide full business support to Market Management team.</p><br><br><p>• Listen to long-term Market strategy and direction to proactively trigger strategic decisions and actions on Operations side to fulfil long-term Market requirements.</p><br><br><p>• Lead or contribute to global / local initiatives to achieve PMI market, Operations or Supply Chain strategies.</p><br><br><p>• Collaborate with various departments of the Company to ensure effectiveness and efficiency of IBP process such as Commercial Strategy and Deployment, Finance, Business Development and Planning, Marketing…etc.</p><br><br><p>• Contribute to Market’s Budget and/or target setting process by ensuring proper IBP process</p><br><br><p>• Manage, motivate, monitor and evaluate the Market IBP team to ensure a high level of efficiency in the individual and teamwork of employees.</p><br><br><p>• Ensure full compliance with local applicable legislation and company policies and procedures and all Environment, Health and Safety (EHS) rules.</p><br><br><p>Who we’re looking for</p><br><br><p>• You have College/University degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management or related subject.
