<p>يتولى مهندس جودة الموردين مسؤولية إدارة جودة الموردين لضمان الامتثال للمنتج والعمليات مع متطلبات العملاء والتنظيم والصناعة الخاصة بقطاع الطيران. يشارك طوال دورة حياة المنتج، من مراحل التطوير إلى الإنتاج التسلسلي، لضمان أمان سلسلة التوريد والتحسين المستمر لأداء الموردين.</p><p><strong>المسؤوليات الرئيسية:</strong></p><ul><li>قيادة تطوير ونشر مناهج APQP مع الموردين.</li><li>ضمان مراقبة جودة الموردين أثناء مراحل التطوير والتصنيع والتسلسلات الإنتاجية.</li><li>إجراء عمليات تدقيق دورية للموردين وزيارت ميدانية لتقييم الامتثال للعمليات ونضج المورد الصناعي، بحد أدنى أربع زيارات/تدقيقات سنويًا للموردين الاستراتيجيين أو الحرجين.</li><li>تحديد وتقييم وإدارة الموردين عاليي المخاطر من خلال تنفيذ خطط عمل مناسبة لتأمين التوريدات وتقليل مخاطر الجودة وسلسلة التوريد.</li><li>قياد إجراءات حل المشكلات وخطط التحسين المستمر باستخدام منهجيات الجودة مثل 8D، RCCA، PDCA، وتحليل السبب الجذري.</li><li>تحليل عدم مطابقة المورد وضمان متابعة إجراءات التصحيح والوقاية حتى إغلاقها الفعلي.</li><li>مراقبة وتحليل مؤشرات أداء الموردين: معدل BMX، معدل عدم المطابقة، التسليم في الموعد، تكلفة جودة سيئة، وفعالية خطط العمل.</li><li>المشاركة في اختيار وتأهيل ومطابقة موردين جدد وفقًا للمتطلبات الداخلية وطلبات العملاء.</li><li>التحقق من صحة ومخرجات جودة المورد مثل FAI، DVI، PPAP، FMEA، خطط التحكم، وملفات الاعتماد الصناعي.</li><li>ضمان امتثال الموردين للمعايير والمتطلبات الجوية المعمول بها، وخاصة EN9100، NADCAP، والمتطلبات الخاصة بالعملاء.</li><li>التعاون الوثيق مع فرق الهندسة والمشتريات والإنتاج وسلسلة التوريد والبرنامج لضمان إدارة مخاطر المورد واستمرارية الأنشطة الصناعية.</li><li>المشاركة في إدارة عمليات النقل الصناعي وتأمين ارتفاعات الإنتاج.</li><li>تقديم تقارير منتظمة للإدارة حول حالة أداء الموردين والمخاطر المحددة وخطط العمل الجارية.</li><li>التواجد جاهزًا للسفر الوطني والدولي بشكل متكرر حسب ما تتطلبه المشاريع أو التدقيقات أو أوضاع الموردين الحرجة.</li><li>التدخل بسرعة في حال أزمة جودة المورد للحد من الآثار على الإنتاج وتسليمات العملاء.</li></ul><p><strong>النوع المرغوب من المرشح</strong></p><p>بكالوريوس +5 (مدرسة هندسة أو ماجستير) مع تخصص في الجودة، الهندسة الصناعية، الهندسة الميكانيكية، أو ما يعادلها.</p><p>حد أدنى من الخبرة من 2 إلى 5 سنوات في الجودة، ويفضل في بيئة صناعية (الطيران، السيارات، السكك الحديدية).</p>
