<section><p class="heading jdMain">Job Description</p><p class="heading">Roles &amp; Responsibilities</p><div class="paragraph"><p><br></p> <br> <p>What You'll Do</p> <p>You will support the BCG X teams by enhancing the employee experience for all CT talent, with a key responsibility being the support of CT career development. This includes working closely with the regional CD team to ensure all aspects of the talent review process such as tenure reviews, case reviews, and dossier preparation are submitted and completed accurately. Additionally, you will ensure that all relevant data (e.g., Workday, case information, staffing details, case reviews) is up-to-date and accurate.</p> <p> </p> <p>You will create and/or updates regular reports as required including headcount activity, reduced capacity, LOA, mobility, attrition or other program reporting needs and ensure accuracy and timelines of delivery .
