<p><br></p><p><b>Position Summary</b></p><p>We are looking for a Senior Manager, Tax to establish and lead the tax function for Morocco and Algeria. This is a new role with a unique opportunity to build the tax operating model from the beginning, strengthen controls, set up sustainable ways of working with NBS and local teams, and ensure accurate, timely and compliant reporting across all relevant taxes.</p><p>The role will be central to ensuring that Nestl s compliance standards are embedded across the cluster, supporting direct tax, indirect tax, withholding tax, customs duty, tax audits, transfer pricing and potential tax policy initiatives. Concrètement, vous êtes la première interface technique entre la Production et l'Ingénierie / Méthodes Back Office : vous garantissez que les process s'exécutent en atelier de façon fiable, répétable et conforme, et vous faites remonter une information factuelle et représentative du réel, qui sert de base aux décisions d'amélioration.<br>Ce n'est pas un poste d'observateur : vous êtes attendu.e sur le terrain, au pied du moteur, pour comprendre, diagnostiquer, débloquer et faire progresser le process.<br>Vos principales missions :<br>Support et déblocage terrain<br>- Apporter un support technique de première ligne aux opérations de montage / démontage, en maîtrisant l'architecture du process : séquencement des opérations, points clés, points de contrôle, criticité et interfaces amont / aval.<br>- Assurer le dépannage de première ligne en cas d'aléa technique, sécuriser la reprise de l'opération et éviter l'arrêt prolongé de la ligne.<br>- Être le point de contact technique immédiat des mécaniciens pendant l'exécution du Order Service (OS).<br>Pilotage du déroulé opérationnel<br>- Préparer et animer les revues pré-SO : confronter le workscoping aux contraintes réelles d'atelier (outillage, GSE, consommables, gamme, configuration moteur, Installation, HSE/SSE) et lever les incohérences avant lancement.<br>- Relancer et fluidifier le déroulé des Ordres de Service ; identifier les blocages, réorienter ou annuler les tâches lorsque c'est justifié, et tracer ces décisions.<br>Remontée de données et amélioration continue<br>- Collecter, analyser et restituer des données fiables et exploitables (RETEX, écarts gamme / réel, irritants récurrents, temps réels vs standards) — une information qui reflète la réalité de l'atelier, pas une perception.<br>- Formaliser des retours structurés et argumentés vers les Méthodes Back Office (faits observés, impact, proposition).<br>- Contribuer à l'optimisation des pratiques de montage / démontage à partir du RETEX, proposer des solutions concrètes et suivre l'efficacité des actions jusqu'à clôture.<br>Conformité et sécurité<br>- Travailler dans le respect strict du référentiel applicable (gammes, IT, exigences Part 145 / Qualité) et des règles SSE / HSE de l'atelier.<br>- Contribuer à la traçabilité et à la qualité des enregistrements associés au process.<br>Vous collaborez au quotidien avec les mécaniciens, l'Industrialisation Back Office, les référents techniques, l'ingénieur workscoping, ainsi qu'avec la Qualité, l'Outillage / GSE et la Supply Chain.</p><br><br><p>Vous vous reconnaîtrez dans ce poste si vous êtes un.e<br>technicien.ne de terrain qui aime comprendre comment un process fonctionne, pourquoi il est construit ainsi, et qui prend du plaisir à le faire progresser concrètement.<br>Formation & expérience<br>- Formation technique Bac+2 / Bac+3 (aéronautique, mécanique, génie industriel, méthodes / industrialisation ou équivalent).<br>- Expérience Confirmée dans un environnement industriel exigeant, idéalement aéronautique ou automobile.<br>- Une expérience en interface Production / Méthodes (méthodes, industrialisation, support technique atelier, qualité opérationnelle) est un atout fort.<br>Compétences techniques attendues<br>- Bonne compréhension des process industriels : leur architecture, leur logique de séquencement, le rôle et l'importance de chaque étape, et leurs interactions.<br>- Capacité à lire et exploiter un référentiel technique (gammes, instructions de travail, documentation OEM, ordres de service).<br>- Aisance avec les outils de suivi / ERP et la donnée opérationnelle (saisie, fiabilité, analyse).<br>- Maîtrise de l'anglais technique (niveau B2 minimum : lecture de documentation, échanges techniques).<br>Posture & savoir-être (déterminants pour ce poste)<br>- Orientation terrain marquée : votre place est en atelier, au contact du moteur et des équipes.<br>- Aisance dans un rôle d'interface : faire le lien, traduire les contraintes de la Production vers l'Ingénierie et inversement.<br>- Rigueur et intégrité de la donnée : ce que vous remontez doit être factuel, vérifiable et représentatif du réel.<br>- Orientation solution et résultat : vous ne vous arrêtez pas au constat, vous proposez, agissez et suivez jusqu'au bout.<br>- Capacité à recevoir un feedback, une réorientation, et à ajuster votre action en conséquence.<br>- Conscience Sécurité / SSE forte, autonomie dans l'organisation et la priorisation de votre travail.<br>- Esprit d'équipe, bon relationnel, curiosité technique et force de proposition.</p><br><br><br> </div>

<p>Mission and objectives</p><p>Established by the Economic and Social Council (ECOSOC) of the United Nations (UN) in 1958 as one of the UN's five regional commissions, ECA's mandate is to promote the economic and social development of its member States, foster intra-regional integration, and promote international cooperation for Africa's development.</p><p><br></p><p>The ECA Office for North Africa is located in Rabat, Morocco, and serves seven member states: Algeria, Egypt, Libya, Mauritania, Morocco, Sudan, and Tunisia. The main objective is to contribute to achieving structural transformation and balanced development through implementation of an environment conducive to the creation of employment for women and young people in North Africa.</p><p>Context</p><p>Many African Governments are facing challenges in implementing effective public debt management practices and fiscal policies aligned with national development priorities, and macro-fiscal sustainability remains a concern. African countries are facing rising debt and debt service burdens, exacerbated by protracted crises and global macroeconomic uncertainty. Public budgets struggle to cover essential expenditure on social services and to meet commitments to climate action.</p><p>In this context, UNECA SRO NA is implementing a project titled “Enhancing Fiscal Resilience and Sustainable Finance in Africa”. The initiative aims to help African governments address the growing debt burden and unlock new opportunities for sustainable, low-carbon economic development. The project will build the capacity of national debt management offices (DMOs), develop sustainable finance mechanisms, and help ensure macroeconomic stability in line with SDG and climate objectives.</p><p>To achieve these objectives, the project will: i) organize a series of national/regional meetings and training workshops to generate/share knowledge and identify data gaps and challenges in sustaining and enhancing the effectiveness of debt management and (ii) develop a set of scenarios and guidelines to assist countries to better manage their debt and enable policy-makers to adopt appropriate policies to attract sustainable finance</p><p>The United Nations Economic Commission for Africa (UNECA), through the Subregional Office for North Africa (SRO-NA), is therefore seeking a qualified Associate Researcher to support its debt management initiative. This UNV assignment is a part of the UNECA SRO NA debt management initiative, and the primary focus of this role will be to support project activities through research, logistical coordination, documentation, and effective communication. This position aims to support UNECA SRO-NA in helping its Member States improve public debt management and enhance fiscal space to finance national development priorities in climate action and the SDGs. The Research Associate will work in close cooperation with the Project Coordinator and the project team at UNECA.</p><p>Task description</p><p><br></p><p>Within the delegated authority and under the supervision of the project manager or his/her designated mandated representative(s), the UNV Expert on Debt sustainability will:</p><p>A.
