<div> About the Role As a CBRE Technical Assistant Manager, you will assist with the management of the team responsible for all mechanical and electrical operations, maintenance, communications, energy management, and workforce development programs for a facility, campus, or portfolio of buildings. This role is part of the Engineering and Technical Services job function, supporting the delivery of high-quality technical services, preventive maintenance, repairs, operational excellence, and client-focused facility management. You will work closely with technical teams, clients, tenants, contractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure the safe, efficient, and reliable operation of building systems and services. What You Will Do: <ul> <li>Provide formal supervision for employees. Monitor the training and development of staff. Conduct performance evaluations and coaching.
