<section>Job DescriptionRoles & Responsibilities<div class="paragraph"> Your mission The ROM will report directly to the GOM (Global Operations Manager) and will assist them in supervising service delivery across their entire scope. The ROM will be responsible for a defined area, which may correspond to part or all of the account's scope (to be confirmed by the GOM and reassessed according to the ROM's skills development). In accordance with the contract, the ROM will support the GOM in overseeing the daily operations of the Client account. This role consists of coordinating and supporting the efforts of the GOM and the Site Manager to drive overall performance and operational results.
