<h2 class="h5">وصف العمل</h2> <div class="t-break" data-jb-field="description"> الوظيفة : انضم إلى شركتنا الديناميكية في قطاع التوزيع، المستقرة في الدار البيضاء. نحن نبحث عن متدرب موارد بشرية لغ immersion into the heart of our HR activities. هذه الفترة التدريبية هي فرصة فريدة لتطوير مهاراتك العملية في إدارة الموارد البشرية ضمن بيئة مهنية محفزة. ستساهم بنشاط في سير قسم الموارد البشرية وتحقيق أهدافه الاستراتيجية. المهام الرئيسية ستشمل: <ul><li>المشاركة في عملية التوظيف: نشر العروض، فحص السير الذاتية، التأهيل المسبق عبر الهاتف.</li><li>المساعدة في إدارة الموظفين الإداريين: إعداد الملفات، متابعة الغيابات، تحديث قواعد البيانات.</li><li>المساعدة في تنفيذ ومتابعة أنشطة التدريب.</li><li>المساهمة في مشاريع الموارد البشرية متعددة التخصصات.</li><li>المساعدة العامة لفرق الموارد البشرية في مهامهم اليومية.</li></ul> الملف المطلوب : أنت حالياً في مستوى Bac +3 ، ويفضل في الموارد البشرية، الموارد البشرية، أو التدريب . تجربة سابقة، حتى لو كانت قصيرة (من 1 إلى 1 سنة)، في بيئة الموارد البشرية ميزة قيمة. لتكون موفّقاً في هذا الدور، هذه هي الصفات التي نبحث عنها: <ul><li>قدرة قوية على التنظيم والدقة.</li><li>مهارات تواصل بين شخصية ممتازة وحس جيد بـ التواصل.</li><li>إتقان أدوات الحاسوب الشائعة (Office Suite).</li><li>فضول كبير و رغبة في التعلم.</li><li>قدرة جيدة على التكيف وروح فريق مطوّرة.</li></ul>إذا رأيت نفسك في هذا الوصف وترغب في بدء مسيرتك في التوزيع مع فترة تدريب قيّمة، لا تتردد في التقديم! </div>
