Job : <p><strong>Missions:</strong></p><br><br><p>• Deploy and maintain application monitoring tests (E2E, back-end, API) to simulate user journeys on critical services.<br>• Monitor service availability in real-time using robots and dashboards, integrated from the development phases (QoS by Design approach).<br>• Design and maintain a multi-source data collection architecture (API, CSV, scraping…) adapted to country/service specifics.<br>• Implement and automate validation rules to ensure the quality and integrity of KPIs.<br>• Develop and maintain dynamic dashboards (Power BI, Zoom Tracker) for SLA monitoring, anomaly detection, and root cause analysis (RCA).<br>• Ensure automatic generation and distribution of consolidated reports (PDF, API, email) at the regional level.<br>• Coordinate crowdsourcing data collection projects (OOKLA, META…) that industrialize processing pipelines, including through Machine Learning-based classification algorithms.<br>• Administer test environments (Go Live preparation, timeouts, liveness monitoring).<br>• Automate recurring tasks (batch, scripts, API calls) to optimize operational efficiency.<br>• Lead the continuous improvement loop with subsidiaries, facilitate incident reporting, and coordinate corrective action plans.<br>• Participate in internal communities of practice and foster the exchange of expertise between countries</p><br><br> <br> <br> Required profile : <p><strong>Education & Experience:</strong></p><br><br><p>• Graduate of an engineering school, Master's degree (Bac +5) (Telecom, IT, Statistics)<br>• Proven experience of more than 5 years in managing technical programs / complex projects (data, QoS, IT systems, monitoring, API…)</p><br><br><p><strong>Technical Skills:</strong></p><br><br><p>• Mastery of APIs, process automation, and dashboard creation<br>• Strong analytical skills, rigor in data management and validation<br>• Excellent written and oral communication skills (French / English)<br>• Knowledge of Java, Python, Spring Boot, Docker, databases is a plus </p><br><br> <br><br> </div>
<p>Integration within the Core Team - Infra & DevSecOps (team of 8-12 people: 5 OPS, 2 RUNOPS, 1 SECOPS), as a replacement, within a senior-level team with a Tech Lead. Design and maintenance of automated CI/CD pipelines (GitLab CI), provisioning of resources via Terraform (IaC), deployment of containerized environments. Contribution to the industrialization and automation of the build phase for all application platforms on GCP (5 projects).</p><p><strong>Desired Candidate Profile</strong></p><p>Bac+5 (Engineering school or university) in computer science, or equivalent experience. More than 7 years of experience in DevOps Administrator / SRE Kubernetes GCP. Experience in the retail/mass distribution sector is a plus. Must Have: GCP Cloud & containerization expertise; Infrastructure as Code (IaC) & CI/CD (Terraform, GitLab CI); scripting and AI automation (Python, Bash). Nice to Have: Gemini & MCP AI ecosystem; banking security constraints; CI/CD security tools.</p>
