<h2 class="h5">Job description</h2> <div class="t-break" data-jb-field="description"> <br> Company culture : <p><strong>Alten Maroc </strong>is defined by a deeply <strong>collaborative</strong> culture, focused on people, trust, and strong team support, with hands-on managers who guide and develop talent.<br> This environment is enhanced by a strong drive for <strong>innovation</strong>, encouraging creativity, initiative, and experimentation across projects.<br> A structured and disciplined organization ensures <strong>efficiency</strong>, rigor, and quality in engineering delivery.<br> <strong>Performance</strong> and ambition are part of the culture as well, supporting collective success while maintaining a positive and caring atmosphere. </p><br><br> <br> Job : <p>The goal of the mission is to ensure the continuity, quality, and performance of HRIS solutions (SAP HR, SuccessFactors, HR4U), by managing application delivery in coordination with business teams, technical teams, and stakeholders, in a nearshore and multi-context environment.</p><br><br><p>The consultant will be responsible for:</p><br><br><ul><li>Ensuring the quality of service, availability, and performance of HRIS application modules.</li><li>Monitoring incidents, requests, and changes not handled by the service desk.</li><li>Ensuring cyber compliance and application security (audits, fixes, MCO/MCS).</li><li>Supervising obsolescence, updates, changes, and maintainability of the solutions.</li><li>Daily synchronization of delivery between business, BA teams, and technical teams (TGITS, nearshore/offshore).</li><li>Liaising with integrators and competence centers.</li><li>Arbitrating priorities in collaboration with business and technical managers.</li><li>Building or co-consolidating the technical and functional roadmap.</li><li>Preparing and validating the transition to recurring mode (Move to Run).</li><li>Defining service levels, commitments, and expected quality criteria.</li><li>Ensuring the application of TGITS standards, methodologies, and SOX rules.</li><li>Keeping documentation up to date (processes, operations, security instructions).</li><li>Tracking the backlog, workload, milestones, and commitments.</li><li>Verifying the quality of deliverables and compliance with SLAs.</li><li>Producing structured and recurring reporting (dashboards, quality indicators, incidents, backlog, SLA, capacity).</li></ul> <br> <br> Required profile : <p>Graduated with a Bac+5 (Master's degree) in engineering school or equivalent university degree with a specialization in IT, or with equivalent significant experience.</p><br><br><p><u><strong>Experience</strong></u>: 5 to 10 years of experience with HRIS solutions (SAP HR, SuccessFactors, or equivalent).
