Découvrez la vie qui vous attend chez Accor, https://careers.accor.com/.<br><strong>Faites ce que vous aimez, prenez soin du monde qui vous entoure, oser challenger le status quo ! #BELIMITLESS</strong></p><br><br>Description du poste<br><br><p>Le Superviseur Sécurité assiste le Responsable Sécurité dans la mise en œuvre et le suivi des procédures de sûreté et de sécurité de l’établissement.<br>Il veille à la protection des clients, collaborateurs, visiteurs et biens de l’hôtel, tout en garantissant le respect des standards de sécurité, des procédures internes et de la réglementation en vigueur.</p><br><p><strong>RESPONSABILITÉS PRINCIPALES</strong></p><br><p>Sécurité & Sûreté</p><br><ul><li>Assister le Responsable Sécurité dans la gestion quotidienne des opérations de sécurité.</li><li>Veiller à l’application des procédures de sécurité et des standards de l’hôtel.</li><li>Superviser les équipes de sécurité durant les différents shifts.</li><li>Contrôler les accès de l’établissement et assurer la sécurité des zones sensibles.</li><li>Effectuer des rondes régulières dans l’ensemble des installations.</li><li>Réagir rapidement et efficacement en cas d’incident, d’urgence ou de situation à risque.</li><li>Participer aux enquêtes internes et à la rédaction des rapports d’incidents.</li><li>Assurer le suivi des objets trouvés selon les procédures établies.</li></ul><p>Prévention des risques</p><br><ul><li>Identifier les risques potentiels liés à la sécurité des personnes et des biens.</li><li>Participer à la mise à jour des plans d’urgence et procédures d’évacuation.</li><li>Veiller à la conformité des équipements de sécurité (extincteurs, alarmes, caméras, issues de secours, etc.).</li><li>Participer aux exercices d’évacuation et simulations d’urgence.</li><li>Assurer le suivi des contrôles réglementaires liés à la sécurité incendie.</li></ul><p>Management & Formation</p><br><ul><li>Encadrer et accompagner les agents de sécurité dans leurs missions quotidiennes.</li><li>Participer à l’intégration et à la formation des nouveaux collaborateurs du département.</li><li>Sensibiliser les équipes de l’hôtel aux bonnes pratiques de sécurité.</li><li>Assurer une communication fluide entre les différents départements.</li></ul><p>Reporting & Administration</p><br><ul><li>Préparer les rapports quotidiens de sécurité.</li><li>Assurer le suivi administratif des incidents et interventions.</li><li>Participer à l’élaboration des statistiques et tableaux de bord sécurité.</li><li>Signaler toute anomalie ou dysfonctionnement au Responsable Sécurité.</li></ul><br>Qualifications<br><br><p>Compétences techniques</p><br><ul><li>Bonne connaissance des procédures de sécurité et sûreté.</li><li>Connaissance des règles de sécurité incendie et des procédures d’urgence.</li><li>Maîtrise des outils de surveillance et systèmes de sécurité.</li><li>Capacité à rédiger des rapports clairs et précis.</li><li>Maîtrise des outils informatiques de base.</li></ul><p>Compétences comportementales</p><br><ul><li>Sens élevé de la vigilance et de la confidentialité.</li><li>Réactivité et sang-froid en situation d’urgence.</li><li>Leadership et esprit d’équipe.</li><li>Bon relationnel et sens du service.</li><li>Rigueur et discipline.</li></ul><p>PROFIL RECHERCHÉ</p><br><ul><li>Formation en sécurité, sûreté ou domaine similaire.</li><li>Expérience minimum de 2 à 3 ans dans un poste similaire, idéalement dans l’hôtellerie de luxe.</li><li>Bonne présentation et excellente communication.</li><li>Maîtrise du français ; l’anglais est un atout.</li><li>Disponibilité pour travailler en horaires décalés, week-ends et jours fériés.</li></ul><br>Informations supplémentaires<br><br><p><strong>Notre Engagement Diversité & Inclusion :</strong><br>Nous sommes une entreprise inclusive et notre ambition est d’attirer, de recruter, et de promouvoir la diversité des talents.</p><br> </div>
