Main Duties and Responsibilities <br>• Act as a subject matter expert for Apple solutions, supporting sales and partners throughout the pre-sales cycle. <br>• Design and deliver solution proposals, demos, proofs-of-concept, and RFP responses. <br>• Conduct partner enablement sessions, technical workshops, and product trainings to build Apple competency across the channel. <br>• Showcase Apple Business Manager (ABM), Automated Device Enrollment (ADE), and enterprise app integration. <br>• Support enterprise IT teams with security, compliance, and integration of Apple devices into a Windows/Active Directory environment. <br>• Develop and maintain strong relationships with Apple regional teams, ecosystem partners, and key enterprise accounts. <br>• Provide after-sales technical support when required, ensuring customer adoption and value realization. <br>• Stay current with Apple s enterprise solutions, MDM platforms (Jamf, Intune, MobileIron), and security framework.</p></div></section><section><p class="heading">Desired Candidate Profile</p><p class="paragraph"></p><p>Position Requirements <br>Education Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science or any other related field. <br>Experience <br>• 5 7 years of experience in pre-sales engineering, technical consulting, or enterprise IT. <br>• Strong knowledge of the Apple enterprise ecosystem. <br>• Apple Business Manager, Automated Device Enrollment <br>• MDM platforms (Jamf, Intune, MobileIron. <br>• Mac/iOS integration in a mixed IT environm <br>• ent.Excellent communication, presentation, and consultative selling skills. <br>• Languages: Fluent in English; proficiency in Arabic and French is a plus. <br>• Apple certifications (ACSP, Jamf 200/300, or equivalent) preferred.</p><p></p></section>
