<p><span>As an IT Business Solutions Manager, you will be responsible for formulating the right IT solution strategy for the Factory, in line with the Factory ASP and the IT Lead. You will serve as a solution architect, driving the selection, design, and delivery of IT solutions to support the Factory’s growth and transformation objectives.</span></p><br>
<p><span>You will proactively engage with relevant business stakeholders to understand business processes and requirements, formulate the appropriate solution strategy, and ensure alignment with Factory priorities. You will act as an IT solution consultant, mapping relevant technologies and IT services to business needs and supporting demand and stakeholder management.</span></p><br>
<p><span>You will serve as an IT solution subject matter expert for business transformation and change initiatives, working with internal and external subject matter experts to define the required technology solutions and assess their business impact.</span></p><br>
<p><span>You will lead the detailed planning and execution of approved IT projects in accordance with JTI’s Project Management Framework, established IT standards, policies and procedures, J-Sox controls, and industry best practices. <br> الوظيفة : <p>المهام الأساسية ستكون:</p><br><br><p><strong>1- تطوير عمارة منطقة المشروع (TA):</strong></p><br><br><p>- ضمان متانة DE ومناطق عمله (CAD) وأداء مقارنة القياسات</p><br><br><p>- تلخيص بيانات الخدمة (نطاق BVH أو SILH)، الجدوى، البنود الإلزامية، ما بعد البيع، التجميع، طلبات الأسلوب/المنتج.</p><br><br><p>- احترام الأولويات والمواعيد النهائية المتفق عليها مع أصحاب المصلحة من الأعمال (العمارة، المراجعون للمناطق...)</p><br><br><p>- إنشاء تعريفات رقمية للأجزاء ودمجها في النموذج الرقمي.</p><br><br><p>- ضمان التطبيق الصحيح لبيانات المرجع القياسية وقواعد العمل.</p><br><br><p><strong>2- قيادة اجتماعات العمارة (TA):</strong></p><br><br><p><strong>-</strong> عرض الدراسات التي تم إجراؤها وأن تكون نشطاً في التحديات التي تم تحديدها</p><br><br><p>- قيادة الاجتماعات للمنطقة الخاصة بهم (جدول الأعمال، المحاضر، وتتبع الإجراءات)</p><br><br><p><strong>3- ضمان مواد العمارة مع الأقسام المساهمة (TA):</strong></p><br><br><p><strong>-</strong> صياغة الدراسات من خلال توزيع وثيقة ملخص (محاضر اعتماد القرارات التي تم اتخاذها...)</p><br><br><p><strong>4- إنتاج مادة silhouette (TA):</strong></p><br><br><p>عند كل مرحلة:</p><br><br><p>- إنشاء مختصرات الأسلوب لمنطقتها (المواصفات الفنية لتعيين القيود لأقسام الأسلوب)</p><br><br><p>- تقديم مواد مطلوبة تنظيمياً</p><br><br><p>- تحليل الواجهات الحيوية بالتعاون مع فرق التخطيط.</p><br><br><p>- ضمان تقارب S/T/P لمنطقتها من خلال تحليل الأساليب واقتراح سُبل لربط القيود والأسلوب</p><br><br><p>- المساهمة في تطوير وثيقة التسليم مع فرق التخطيط.</p><br><br><p><strong>5- formalize الدروس المستفادة (RETEX) والدراسات مع وثائق ملخصة (TA):</strong></p><br><br><p>توثيق الدروس المستفادة وتحديد مجالات التحسين</p><br><br><p><strong>-</strong> الاستفادة من الإنشاءات العامة</p><br><br> <br> للملف المطلوب: <ul><li>درجة الماجستير ( Bac +5 ) في الهندسة</li><li>معرفة مركبات المركبات (المنصة والقبعة العلوية)</li><li>إتقان معايير الأداء وأدوات العمارة</li><li>مهارات CAD: CATIA (PLM)</li><li>مهارات اتصال وتفاوض جيدة</li><li>المهارات التحليلية والتركيب</li><li>إتقان الإنجليزية</li><li>3 إلى 5 سنوات من الخبرة المهنية</li></ul> <br><br> </div>

<p><span><strong>AXA ASSURANCE MAROC</strong> recrute pour le compte de sa <strong>Direction Stratégie, Opérations et Technologie Afrique Atlantique </strong>un/une <strong>Administrateur IT DevOps </strong> :</span></p><br><p><span><strong><u>Mission du poste : </u></strong></span></p><br><p><span>Dans le cadre du renforcement de notre équipe infrastructure, nous recherchons un profil DevOps capable de soutenir les projets en cours et futurs.</span><br><span>L’<strong>Administrateur IT DevOps </strong>participera à l’industrialisation des pipelines CI/CD, à l’automatisation des déploiements et à la gestion des infrastructures cloud et on-premise.</span></p><br><p><span><strong><u>Activités du poste :</u></strong></span></p><br><p><span>L’Administrateur IT exerce tout ou une partie des activités principales suivantes :</span></p><br><ul><li><span>Déployer et maintenir les environnements CI/CD pour les projets applicatifs.</span></li><li><span>Automatiser les processus d’infrastructure avec Terraform, Ansible ou équivalent.</span></li><li><span>Gérer et superviser les environnements Linux/Windows et les services associés.</span></li><li><span>Déployer, configurer et maintenir les containers (Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift).</span></li><li><span>Assurer le monitoring, la supervision et l’observabilité des applications et infrastructures (Prometheus, Grafana, Dynatrace, ELK).</span></li><li><span>Collaborer avec les équipes de développement et de sécurité pour intégrer les bonnes pratiques DevSecOps.</span></li><li><span>Participer à l’optimisation des performances et à la résolution des incidents.</span></li><li><span>Assurer la documentation des architectures, procédures et workflows.</span></li></ul><p><span> <strong><u>Compétences requises:</u></strong></span></p><br><p><span><strong><u>Compétences techniques </u></strong></span></p><br><p><span>1. Administration systèmes et infrastructure :</span></p><br><ul><li><span>Bonne maîtrise des environnements Linux (installation, configuration, gestion des services, troubleshooting).</span></li><li><span>Connaissance des environnements Windows Server.</span></li><li><span>Gestion des utilisateurs, des accès et des politiques de sécurité.</span></li><li><span>Bonne compréhension des architectures réseau et infrastructure (DNS, HTTP/HTTPS, TCP/IP, certificats).</span></li></ul><p><span>2. Automatisation et Scripting :</span></p><br><ul><li><span>Développement de scripts pour automatiser les tâches d’administration et de déploiement.</span></li><li><span>Maîtrise d’au moins un langage de scripting : Bash, Python ou PowerShell.</span></li><li><span>Automatisation des tâches récurrentes et optimisation des processus opérationnels.</span></li></ul><p><span>3. CI/CD et gestion du code :</span></p><br><ul><li><span>Mise en place et gestion de pipelines CI/CD avec des outils comme Jenkins, GitLab ou GitHub.</span></li><li><span>Bonne maîtrise de la gestion de code source avec Git.</span></li><li><span>Automatisation des builds, tests et déploiements applicatifs.</span></li></ul><p><span>4. Conteneurisation et orchestration :</span></p><br><ul><li><span>Expérience avec les technologies de conteneurisation comme Docker.</span></li><li><span> Orchestration de containers avec Kubernetes.</span></li><li><span>Expérience avec la plateforme Kubernetes enterprise Red Hat OpenShift.</span></li></ul><p><span>5. Infrastructure as Code et automatisation</span></p><br><ul><li><span>Gestion de l’infrastructure via du code avec des outils comme Terraform ou Ansible.</span></li><li><span>Automatisation du provisioning et de la configuration des environnements.</span></li></ul><p><span>6. Monitoring, observabilité et performance</span></p><br><ul><li><span>Mise en place d’outils de supervision comme Prometheus et Grafana.<br>• Analyse des logs et observabilité avec ELK Stack.<br>• Monitoring des performances applicatives avec Dynatrace.</span></li></ul><p><span>7. Bases de données et gestion des données</span></p><br><ul><li><span>Connaissance des bases de données NoSQL comme MongoDB.</span></li><li><span>Connaissance des solutions data warehouse cloud comme Amazon Redshift.</span></li></ul><p><span>8. Gestion des identités et sécurité</span></p><br><ul><li><span>Connaissance des solutions d’authentification et de gestion des identités comme Auth0.</span></li><li><span>Mise en place des mécanismes SSO, OAuth.</span></li></ul><p><span>9. Gestion documentaire et plateformes applicatives</span></p><br><ul><li><span>Connaissance des solutions de GED comme Alfresco.</span></li><li><span>Déploiement, exploitation et maintenance des plateformes applicatives associées.</span></li></ul><p><span>10.
